My husband and I were booked for a cruise in January but had to cancel because he ended up in the emergency room with kidney stone and infection. We contact AON in January and we hoping to get insurance money back for the rescheduled trip in May. The process is going on and on. We buy this travel insurance for every trip we make including the next one but I am wondering if we will get our money back.

My husband and I were scheduled to cruise Dec.14-Dec. 21, 2024. My husband had a medical emergency and we had to cancel our cruise a few days before the sailing date. We submitted the medical form filled out by our doctor and all supporting documents. Within 3 weeks we received a full refund. We have rescheduled and will be sailing again in Summer 2025. Happy with the process and will definitely purchase travel insurance for all our future trips.
