It was the first time I had taken travel insurance out and boy am I glad I did. Took the insurance out through my travel agent. 4 days into my vacation I was stricken with covid on a cruise. Had very care while there but then came the bill. I was glad to see that it would be covered. Also, the speed of getting my refund back was amazing. 10 days after my return the check was in my bank.

Ultimately, I got a refund once I was able to complete the form and had a doctor's note.

Aon helped make a bad situation much better. I can down with a bad case of the flu 3days before a cruise. We had Aon travel protection a received a benefit payment with 1month and a minimal amount of paperwork. It worked out great. Thank you Aon.
