"Satisfied customers "

An unexpected medical condition arose and required hospitalization. We reported this to our travel professional and she submitted our claim. We received the paperwork and took our physician for completion. It was submitted and we received the acceptance the following day and complete payment was received within a week. We will continue to use AON as we plan our travels.

"Easy to complete claim."

Easy to complete claim without back and forth calls or emails. I logged in, was given information on how to complete claim, and for uploading documents. I secured the documents, uploaded and only had to wait a few weeks for full refund. No extra challenges as all documents (from health care side and travel vendor) were in order. Excellent experience.

Had to cancel trip due to medical issue. Filed necessary paperwork, which included doctor's authorization, online. Paperwork was minimal. Trip reimbursement check was sent to me very shortly thereafter.

I purchased Travel Insurance for a Cruise. 10 days before my cruise I fell and injured my hip. After providing the required medical documentation my cruise fare was sent to me. The process was straight forward and done online.

"Don’t waste your money"

Been traveling with NCL for years always bought the insurance made plans for the family on a cruise three days later my wife was diagnosed with cancer. She was not able to travel so we canceled the trip and all they’ve done is asked me for papers and more papers and more papers from the doctors. This is a scam. I wouldn’t waste my money buy an insurance from these people
