I was left stranded in a foreign country after American Airlines transferred my flight but evidently not my checked baggage which contained critical medication and all clothing and supplies for a 1 month cruise. I assume they lost it.
Needless to say my entire cruise was ruined, and American Airlines did absolutely nothing to assist me. As a matter of fact, I was insulted by one of their agents - I guess I was bothering them too much
AON processed my claim and reimbursed me for my lost belongings including medical. They stepped up to the plate where the airline responsible for my dilemma did absolutely nothing! Thanks to Princess Cruises for making this coverage available!
