Cruise with Princess was cancelled in 15th Jan 25 due sickness and AON 's response was very quick after our claim was submitted with all required forms filled including the Drs letter advising my wife not to travel.
Surprisingly after a day of submission a reply was received from AON settling a refund .Thank you AON for your great customer service.

I had to cancel a cruise 4 weeks prior to sailing due to an auto accident and surgery. I notified Aon, provided them with my doctors statement and medical records. I received my refund within a few weeks. I would highly recommend taking this travel insurance.

I had an unexpected incident occur while in New Orleans preparing for my cruise. We received an email the day before embarkation that our ship would have a delayed arrival due to propulsion issues. The next morning we received another email stating our new embarkation time which was 8:45-9:15pm. Luckily our hotel allowed us another days stay. Upon returning home, I processed that hotel stay through Aon insurance. Their online process was easy and efficient. My reimbursement was accepted and approved within 3-4 days. I will definitely use this insurance for all my future travels and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs travel insurance.
