"Don’t order from this company"

Absolutely useless ordered a Rossi magazine in December but never received sent four separate emails and was told replacements had been sent out but never received any magazine so phoned up and was told it is now sold out even tho when I ordered at the beginning of December it was in stock now waiting for money to go back into my bank I would not recommend anyone ordering from this company they take the money but you don’t get the magazines,also it would have been nice for them to email me to say magazine was out of stock.

"Still waiting to receive a magazine"

Same as many others have reviewed. I’m yet to receive a magazine despite money being taken out of my account, I get contradicting replies to emails, some saying I’m not due a magazine (despite having taken money from me and the order history showing in my account) to others saying there’s been technical issues their end and it’s on its way… they refuse to cancel my subscription and are blatantly rude and just want your money. Never again.

"Being an happy subscriber MOJO Mag for…"

Being an happy subscriber MOJO Mag for years, now they just take my money and send NOTHING. I finally had the two missed issues by contacting the slow as f filippino customer service, one without the cd that I collect. Covid it and covid that, when the same dam magazine's been in the groceries and the bookselles here in Finland for weeks! Now it seems pretty mf clear I won't be getting the current issue with the wanted Neil Young cd either. W T F happened?

"They seem to be having issues with the…"

They seem to be having issues with the That's Life app at the moment - either magazines don't turn up in time or they ask me to pay when I already have a subscription. I gave up and bought the magazine down the newsagent.

"Worst company I have ever dealt with"

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I took out a subscription as a Christmas present. Everything confirmed on email as proccessed. No magazine was received. Chassed turns out they messed up the address on the payment card so the payment didn't go through. They then tried to charge me almost double for a new subscription even though a cheaper price was listed on their website.
I put in a complaint, I was told I would get a response in 48hrs, it's now a week later with no response.....grrrr

DO NOT USE!!!!

I paid for a voucher towards a subscription as a present and the voucher code doesn’t work. The website doesn’t recognise the code and it’s unredeemable. “Customer service” is a nightmare (based in the Philippines) spoken to them several times as the issue they promise to resolve never is! They continuously put you on hold and becomes a very frustrating phone call and an hour of your life your never get back! I asked for a refund which again became another mission impossible and all I kept being offered is a complementary magazine! Why would I want a complimentary magazine when you can’t even sort out the magazine I’ve paid for! Anyone reading this review, just in case you didn’t get it the first time, DO NOT USE!!!

"Scammers"

Scammers. Tried all ways to contact them - phone/email/facebook. Ordered 2 magazines per week - non received. Told them I wanted to cancel. My first payment went out 6th December and when I told them I was cancelling they took second payment on 31 December (today) which is early. Paid on paypal and found out how to cancel. Reading the reviews there are a lot of people like me. Beware.

"Terrible customer services"

Terrible customer services. As many others my subscription automatically renewed. I have called them on the same day to ask them to cancel my subscription but they refused saying it is not company policy to provide refunds. It looks like they keep customer in this way

"Couldn't even complete order"

Wasn't even able to place an order on their website, read reviews and feel that it was the best thing as reviews are not good with people having issues with deliveries and the online content. Shame as would have made a great present

"Like others I had a subscription that…"

Like others I had a subscription that renewed automatically without refund. No answers to emails to cancel and no warning of money to be taken. I got it cancelled by complaining verbally to a customer agent and insisting on email confirmation of cancellation 11 months before next renewal.
The best way to get some of their magazines (Modern Gardens is good) is to open a Lloyds Club bank account and get it for FREE!!! A perk. No renewals and no money taken from me.
