Awful company, i've been paying for a subscription that i didn’t authorise. No one seems to email back. I cancelled this through my bank and they keep setting it back up. Now eagerly waiting for money back - very upset.

They will carpet-bomb you with spam via all available channels and the digital subscriptions are worthless as the app doesn't work. They don't listen.
Best advice is to avoid them altogether.

I took out a subscription as a gift for my Mrs in late January. It's now late April and all I have got to show for it are a ton of emails with Greatmagazines where they fob me off and keep saying "give it another 7-10 working days". Definitely avoid.

I used these 6 years ago, items went missing in post, promised a complimentary bundle which never arrived, cancelled 42 subscriptions and got all my money back. I did pay by credit card then. I never use direct debit for anything and always pay in full.

"They grab your money from the bank"
Bought monthly sub to a magazine. After a few days I decided to cancel as Great Magazines had already took 3 months subs out of my bank. They told me I have to pay for a year of subs. That is yearly sub, not monthly. They are a con, they are misleading. Please boycott this shady company.

"STILL NO REFUND after 3 Months"
See my previous entry dated 14th January 2022. Still no refund after 3 months!! Customer services apologised & stated they had re issued a cheque to my confirmed home address!! But guess what? It never arrived. After 3 months of waiting, i've finally come to the conclusion i'm never going to get a refund from this Company!! Oh well, we'll see what Trading Standards, local newspaper, make of it!!

Disgusting customer service.Have had a subscription with them and issues of magazine have not been delivered.After contacting them you can’t get a replacement issue they don’t refund you and you can’t cancel as they have a no refund policy .No customer service at all when things go wrong they just take your money and run.Just glad i didn’t take too big a hit money wise and only had the one subscription.Immediately cancelled my direct debit so they can’t take anymore out of my account which by reading other revues is common for them.Avoid Avid Avoid.

I subscribe to 3 magazine, all of which are a good read. However the service is offshore and there is room for significant improvement.
