TLDR: No, just NO. Buy local not online.
Ordered a super expensive chair online. I instantly realized, I put in the wrong address, my work, not home. I called the customer support line right away. They corrected the address, but never corrected the address. You see where this is going...? Not to my house, dat for damn sure.
Their customer service rep was incredibly rude....so rude I can't barely believe it.
The shipper was good enough...they were caught in the middle, then kicked the can down the road week after week after week.
It took FOUR MONTHS to get my chair. The whole time they had my $$$$ and they didn't give a dayummm.

This was our first purchase through Sofas and Sectionals and it was an exceptional positive experience.
2 Flexsteel recliners, both power, were ordered. One arrived as a rocker. One call later with Elaine and a request was in to return the incorrect chair which was picked up within a week. Afterwards I was given as much time as I wanted if my choice changed.
And again when my chair was ready for delivery we received a call to schedule, and on the day of delivery, again, we received a ‘we’re on our way’ call. The delivery company and it’s personnel were conscientious and respectful.
‘Smooth and efficient’ the whole operation!
Much thanks to Elaine and to Cory also, they ‘re the best. Trust them!

"The customer service was excellent"
The customer service was excellent. I was never put on hold or sent to voicemail. Questions were answered promptly and expectations were met on time. I had an issue with one of the recliners and it was resolved with immediate response and to my complete satisfaction. Everyone has a great experience when there are no issues, I had a great experience and therre was an issue which in my mind is the true measure of customer service.

We went to many show rooms in the South Louisiana area to shop for a new sofa sectional. After narrowing down our choice to Flexsteel, we were AGAST at the price. We shopped online and found the EXACT same sofa for several thousand dollars less, including shipping and white glove delivery.
The financing was also much better than the local companies offered us making the purchase MUCH more affordable. And they offered an extended warranty that the local stores did not.
The delivery team was professional, courteous and very careful in our home.
