I’ve used knives and tools a few times and find their range extensive and good value. Shipping costs are quite high which I think is due to age check rules in the UK for knives, therefore requiring a ‘signed for’ service, although last time the courier just left the package without collecting a signature.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with this company. I can't comment on thier products because I never recieved my order. After taking the money from my account, they spent weeks telling me they hadn't recieved the payment. Long story short, it took over a month, countless emails, the banks involment and more than a few calls to get them to admit to having my money.
Thier customer service was pretty shocking. No real, apology or follow up. Me having to continuously chase to get any progress or updates. After waiting on a list for the product to come into stock, only to have my time and money wasted is a real disappointment. I would be wary of dealing with this company.

"Ordine Annullato e mancato rimborso"

Ordinato un prodotto, successivamente annullato perché non c'era una data di arrivo prevista, mi è stato assicurato che il rimborso sarebbe arrivato. Aperta la contestazione su paypal per riavere la somma. Convertito in un reclamo 6/04/2025 danno risposte sensa senso ho pagato con PAYPAL e non avete annullato la transazione.
