Firstly, this review focuses not on the quality of Hexclad's cookware, but on their inability to deliver the correct order and their poor customer support.
The delivery arrived approximately one week after the order was placed, but with the wrong items. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but Hexclad's exchange process proved to be overly complicated. On the day I contacted customer support, they assured me that the correct items would be dispatched shortly, and I was instructed to return the incorrect cookware. Unfortunately, after that initial contact, they disappeared.
Despite sending several reminders, it took four days for them to inform me that my exchange request had been rejected due to a different process required for such cases. My inquiries about the shipment of the correct items were ignored, and the support team merely apologized, promising that someone would definitely get back to me to resolve the issue. Needless to say, no one ever did.
It took another week for them to figure out how the incorrect items should be returned. After enduring these shenanigans, I requested a refund, as I have no desire to purchase anything from a company that cannot resolve simple tasks or keep their promises to customers. Fortunately, there are plenty of competitors in the market who can deliver on these basic expectations.

Habe vor zwei Wochen eine E-Mail an HexClad geschrieben, und bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Heute habe ich noch mal versucht, eine E-Mail aufzusetzen. Mit dem Ergebnis, dass ich die E-Mail gar nicht abschicken kann. Schlechtester Kundenservice, denn es gibt. Von der Pfanne die ich vor einem Jahr gekauft habe, ganz zu schweigen.
