"No communication and items not received"

Ordered a tapestry from these guys WEEKS AGO and have received no updates. Reached out to support and it's nothing but silence.....

All my posters were damaged and took a long time to arrive. While one poster never even got here and I was still charged for it I left a voice message for support and I emailed support. Still no replies yet.

My posters got delayed and when i emailed back it took 3 or 4 weeks to get a response and i had to email them 3 or 4 times. even when i got an email back it took many days for them to respond. i asked to swap one of the posters that was delaying my order for another one and they never emailed me back and my original posters ended up getting shipped so i didn’t get the other one i wanted.

You guys take wayyy too long to ship out it's insane I ordered two posters I'm pretty sure a month ago now and it just got shipped like 3 days ago so that's pretty nice
