They updated me throughout my entire shipping & beforehand. When I got my tapestry, it was such good quality! So pretty, plus they gave me a free sticker!

I ordered posters on 7/12/23 and didn’t receive confirmation or order number after my account was billed. I have sent numerous emails and called the phone number numerous times without any response. It’s August 3 and no package and order confirmation. Will never order from Trippy Store again and recommend others the same!! poor service. Finally shipped 8/10. Thanks no reply needed.

Worst Experience i had online shopping , not even god will make me purchase again from them , Order placed on the third of this month , it's almost 3 weeks nothing shipped .
I talked with their support that said " Oh sorry an item is taking longer than excpected chose one that will ship in 1 open day " after answering their email with the item that was supposed to ship in 1 open day they stopped replying again .
I highly recommend to not purchase from this store if you ever want to buy any tappistry this store is not for you .

I needed to make a change to my shipping address and the customer service was quick to help me. My tapestry arrived a couple days ago and I couldn’t be happier with it. The color is so cute in my room. They even added a sticker for me that went right on my journal. Peace and kisses!

I ordered a while ago and I've had zero contact with anyone about a refund. I asked them several times and no response. They happily took my money but they haven't paid the product. I'm unclear if this company is a scam. I'm still trying to get my refund

Wish I did my research about this company beforehand. It's been nearly two weeks now and I haven't heard anything about my order other than the occasional automated "we're thinking about you!" message. Ya, sure. Called, emailed them.. no reply. Edit: my order finally came in may 15 it took 25 days for my order to finally come in but everything was in good shape would order again but they have to fix the shipping issues.

I had something particular in mind and I was happy to find Trippystore. My posters and sticker turned out awesome! I love them! I ordered on 4/24/23 and a few days later my package made it on 4/28/23. I’m getting more posters for sure

I bought 2 posters and a tapestry and I am pleased with what I got. They look exactly like the pictures. The only issue I ran into was the slight delay in shipment due to them taking longer than expected on the tapestry. I ended up recieving my package about a month after the date of ordering it (Still, not that bad). The team was really good at updating me on what was going on, and they even sent me a free sticker as an apology for the delay!

Curiously enough, I looked up the poster that I ordered and the only other website where you can find it is on ebay. Used prints of it run for eighty dollars there and it hasn't been in production since the nineties.. what's going on here???

Not sure what's going to happen however I'll be filing a credit claim if I don't hear anything else by next week. If you're in the market for blacklight posters, stick to Amazon.

EDIT: They reached out to me a day after this review and finally sent out my items and included a sticker. They are a legit business after all. Thanks Trippy Store
