"I'm loving my posters"

I'm loving my posters. I wasn't sure I'd like the Marilyn one, but the colors are brighter than I thought and it glows really nice. Customer service helped me switch out an item and they made it to me pretty quick.

Should have read the reviews before ordering off this site. I ordered 2 posters over a month ago and I have yet to receive anything. They'll send you E-mails out to reassure and pacify you to wait longer for them to get your order ready but when you try to get ahold of someone, nobody's there. I've sent 2 emails and left a voicemail and still not a word back. The only time anyone want to get back to you to tell you what's going on and get your order back on track is when someone writes a complaint. Shouldn't have to leave a bad rating just to get ahold of another human being. Very disappointed. Order#39660

"Definitely ignored & feeling ripped off"

2022.12.05: Finally received order today (more than a month after ordered). Tapestry looks great. I can't fault the company for delays with their suppliers/printers/etc. HOWEER, the failure to communicate is just bad business. Customers should not have to leave negative reviews in order to get information from the company. I love the type of products they have but I will not do any more business with a company that has such low regard for customer service.

2022.11.16: I placed an order on 2022.10.30. I received an email on 2022.11.04 stating my order was in process & they will send shipping notification when it is available. I sent an email on 2022.11.11, 2022.11.16, & 2022.11.18 - trying to either get a status or refund the purchase. I've also called & left a voicemail - but still no response from anyone. Very strange "shopping" experience feeling more "scammy" every day that passes with NO communication or attempt at any resolution.

I ordered some stickers and a dope tapestry that looks way better than I expected. It's perfect on my wall!!! It only took a few days for it to get to me. I'll definitely be back for more!

"Stressful but received item"

So I wanted to update my review as I did finally receive my tapestry however it took several months to receive. The shop did not respond to any emails until I wrote my bad review because I thought I was getting scammed. They finally go back to me and eventually I did receive my tapestry. They were very kind in their emails however be aware if you buy from this shop that you may not receive your order for a very long time.

Beware they are a scam!! I placed an order for a Grateful Dead blanket and never received it. Multiple emails have been sent and voicemail left. No response whatsoever! All I want is my money back since you can’t ship out my item!!

Put in an order on 10/14/22. It's getting near four weeks now. Haven't received anything except a couple automated emails that basically say my item isn't coming. I have called and emailed them, with no response. All the wording on the website and in the emails is super groovy and all peace and love. But it's all a bunch of rubbish. Don't order from them. Your money will be stolen.

I Ordered 3 things a pink Floyd blanket a Grateful Dead tapestry and a Pink Floyd tapestry on 10/3/22 and it’s been well over the 8 days they said to ship they reached out once saying it was going to be late I asked if I could switch that one item out and no reply I have tried contacting them back 3 times but no reply it’s obsurd that I payed 125 dollars for 3 things and not have any customer service
