"I placed an order with TrippyStore on…"

I placed an order with TrippyStore on 6-18 and have yet to receive the entire order. I sent e-mails on 06-29-22 and 07-15-22 requesting status of my order and nothing. Even called them on 07-19-22 with no response. At this point, I'm ready to file a dispute with my credit card company and will if I don't hear back within the next couple of days. My suggestion would be to order your items elsewhere.

Alright Trippystore…I’m going to be honest. The shipping could be better and I mean WAYYY better…my order didn’t take 1-8 days it seemed like it was more than that and sometimes I felt like I was going crazy waiting for it to arrive, but when it did all the worries went out the door. At last. But other than that, I appreciated them responding to my email concerns and such when it came down to the shipping stuff, though it took a while. ANYWAYS, My tapestry LOOKS beautiful!! I really really like it. I ordered the Tiger x Dragon Yin and Yang one and man, it looks great!! To wrap things up, they are sending me stickers for free which is really nice of them :) so yeah, just know the shipping is not the best but good quality overall and I might order from here again. maybe.

"No response at all"

Order shipped out fine, but need to return it. Emailed customer service over a month ago, no response at all. Tried again and also left a voicemail. Site claims easy returns, but you can't send in return unless someone actually replies to you.

Easy to order and the poster looks fantastic! Glows brighter than the example pictures show, it’s awesome.

This is the second time I shopped at trippystore and the woven backpack I got is incredible! I had an issue with the shipping address I put for my order, but customer service was quick to help me. Definitely recommend!

Only 3 stars because I was notified the posters were delayed. I sent an email that went unanswered and they shipped the posters anyway. Not happy. They have never answered one email I sent them.

Trippy store is AWESOME! Their stuff is great! They communicate when your stuff is coming and offer to help anyway they can! I accidentally put the wrong shipping address on my order, told them about it, and they fixed it right away! Would 1000% recommend!!
