I knew before I ordered that there shipping took a little bit longer than some other places around 2 weeks but overall I've had a good experience with this company. There products are high quality and a good price and when a few of my items where taking longer to ship they split my order at there own cost and sent out what they could right away. I would definitely order from here again and recommend them to anyone

I happened upon TrippyStore via Pinterest. The posters I ordered seemed nice, affordable and the shipping time advertised was pretty similar to Amazon Prime shipping. However the 3 day priority shipping is a sham. There is absolutely no customer service either. It has been 8 days since I placed my order, I've sent two emails asking for tracking information, left one voicemail. And have not heard a single thing from their end; oh and the voice recording that answers the phone for them claims email responses are quicker. But the only thing they are quick to do is take your money and not deliver on what they advertise. To whoever reads this order at your own risk.

Since this seems to be the fastest way to get a reply from this company, i would like to add that I requested my order to be cancelled entirely and have yet to see a refund issued or any notice that they have received my email. Like I said previously customer service is virtually nonexistent.

You said all that to say what, how did it ship in 5 days from the 17th. That’s should of been here by the 25/26 with the 3 day delivery. How you gonna charge for a service and then give an excuse as to why the service is not performed as described.
That’s still doesn’t excuse y’all lack of customer service.
