"Scam or not?"

I am beyond upset with this store. It has been close to month since I placed my order and while yes I’ve gotten “updates” basically saying I could either wait for my order to atleast ship or get a refund, but I had to email them mutiple times and call and leave mutiple voicemails, even then I barely got a response. I’m still currently waiting to get an actual email containing my shipping information, hopefully someone contacts me soon.

Some of the best quality product but there shipping is ridiculous, they say it can take up to 2 weeks and then you’ll receive ur order 4 months later so just be prepared to wait a long time

I ordered 2 items 4 weeks ago 8/8 & got an email saying
An item on your order is taking longer to ship than typical. Please reply if you would like to find out more.
I responded to get more information and find out when exactly it was going to be shipped never got a response till today I’ve been sending emails and no response I even called and let my name phone number and order # now I have to call to call my bank and try to get my money back ,is this even a secure website?

"poor delivery service"

same complaint as others. Ordered two items on 8/23/22 for gift needed by 9/6/22. Tried calling that immediately goes to voicemail, left message. sent e/m to which no response and now trying this as it may generate an answer. IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A REAL PERSON.

"Scam company"

Ordered a poster and tapestry on 8/13. Item never shipped and I received an email a week ago saying that one of the items I ordered they don’t have. They never offered a refund but offered I get another item for the same value or wait. They never told me which item I ordered that they didn’t have. I sent them two emails, and called with no response. Filed a credit card dispute. This company should be shut down.

I just would like an update from Trippy Store. I placed an order weeks ago and it said 1-8 days for shipping but I have not received any updates. I’ve emailed Trippy Store, but haven’t gotten a response. That’s all I want. To get a decent idea of when my poster will arrive

This company as far as I’m concerned is a scam. I would not recommend to order here at all and I feel very betrayed. I ordered 3 posters July 19th, it is August 2nd, no type of updates. I’ve called, emailed, left voicemails. No responses. I am going to have to dispute the charge. Very disappointing.
