"The poster arrived damaged"

The poster arrived damaged. I told the company, they said they would reach out in a few days. It has been well over a week and I haven’t heard anything. There is a crease right down the center of the poster.

Sure wish I'd checked them out before ordering. They happily took my money immediately for a product they knew they did not have and could not ship within their promised time. Or perhaps any time. I believe this is the definition of fraud. I have requested cancellation of the order and a full refund 3 times without success. You will want to shop elsewhere.

There is NO "Customer Service" !!! All you get, after ENDLESS shipping delays, is the "possibility" to WASTE even more of your time leaving a VM or sending an email, that will NEVER be returned !!!

After a pretty average prior experience with Trippy Store I decided to risk another purchase.

On October 30 2022 I ordered some posters intending them to be presents for Christmas – 8 WEEKS away.

Safe enough you might think, but no. They actually arrived January 6 2023 – 69 DAYS after ordering and missed Christmas by 12 days!

Absolute shambles. Be very wary of dealing with these guys.

"No shipment-no items received"

Same. I ordered on 12/17 for a Christmas present for my daughter. It is January 10 and STILL no present. One fake email saying there is a delay. I have sent 3 emails-no reply. One voicemail-no reply. I will take action to have my credit care investigate. I bet they are going to reply to this review with the same cut and paste fictitious reply to the other complaint. DO NOT order from this company. They steal your money.

"Total scam"

Total scam. I ordered a good amount of stuff from this website and it's been a month with no shipping information. They sent me an email saying that it is taking longer to ship, and I have zero information on it. I emailed them and they never got back to me. I never got the option for a refund. I am extremely dissapointed and angry. Order #40115.

Ordered 3 posters on 10/28/22 it is now been a month since my purchase and still no tracking information. I’ve emailed and called customer service for an update on my order.. no response and still haven’t received one. At this point they just took my money
