This place is a scam absolutely do not order from this company. I placed an order. Never received my order. Now they won't give back. My money to this place is a scam. These people should be shut down

"Genuine Scam"

So this store was potentially in the past a genuine online shop. But I ordered from this store and in over a month of waiting I received no information regarding a shipped order. Thankfully PayPal is giving me a refund but DO NOT shop here. If you still have thoughts of risking it, try calling their store number, it’s disconnected. Their shop location is a listed property that has no owner currently. All emails I received were fully automated and I believe the ploy is to string you along until you eventually forget about it and take the loss.

just like every other poor review here, ive been waiting weeks and my order still hasnt shipped. ive got those emails that are all ohh were thinking of u sorry theres a delay, but theres actually nothing u can do. ive tried emailing them and calling for help, got nothing. at this point id like to cancel the order because i kinda need my money back but thats not even an option i can find.
i hope they eventually ship.. ill update if they do

UPDATE its may 17th, my posters finally showed up. i will say theyre at least good quality, and packaged well. but still.. i placed that order on the 13th of april.. so

If I could give them NO stars, I would. I ordered a Kurt Cobain poster from them. Immediately, when I ordered it I realized that the mailing address was wrong. I emailed them (because there is NO number) giving our correct address. I got no response. I emailed them 3 days later, and no response. Two weeks later, I got an email stating the shipment was going to take longer (no crap), and I could wait to purchase something in return. I emailed (again), this time requesting a refund. No response, go figure. Two weeks after that, I received an email saying my purchase has been shipped. It was shipping, finally, BUT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TRIPPYSTORE.COM. I wish I would have read these reviews. I would have never purchased from them.

I did 2 different orders received the first order. I didn't receive the 2nd order I made it been over a month. I tried to get a hold of the company and never got a response.

Excellent selections when they are available and sturdy shipping boxes made the posters arrive in new condition.
My one criticism is that TrippyStore needs to list which products are in stock and if not in stock, how long until they will be ultimately shipped. When they contacted me a week after I ordered and paid, I was given a link to substitute for posters that were "available now" because one of my items was going to take longer. Since I did not substitute, I received 3 of the 5 posters I ordered after about a 2 weeks after ordering and the last two posters 1.5 weeks after that. If they just listed on their website the posters that were in stock and those that were sold out, it would be much nicer, though it would limit the number of customers since few would want to wait a month for their order to be completely fulfilled.
