It’s already frustrating bc the scale does not work without an expensive subscription, but the new exercise color is just annoying. I can see how many steps I take without a color. As someone who suffers from scale anxiety, I was hoping this would help, but it just left me feeling more helpless. Getting on a scale and seeing the number, triggers anxiety in me, but getting a green or a gray and not really understanding what that means or how I should alter what I’m doing to move towards Teal or Blue just gives me more anxiety. I dreaded every morning stepping on the scale because it might show me gray, and I didn’t really understand what that meant.

If this is to the email. I would say 5 star. I am new to the whole journey so not sure what to expect with this. But if it is getting things set up and getting the scale I give it a one. Talking to someone in person to get it started and know what to do would help and maybe I would know the next step and how long it takes to get everything and know what I am doing and also could ask questions. Which I did message and you did respond quickly and I appreciate that. I am not really sure if I can even start doing what I am suppose to be doing already.. sorry for the long review.
