I have had several attempts to purchase a pair of replay jeans as a present to my son to no avail!!!!! What a TRAVESTY!!!! For a luxury site??? They have NO clue for customer help or care! And then THEN to add insult to injury, when I tried to put in my details including my date of birth you ONLY went down to 1954!!! Where as my date of birth is 1951!?!? Do older people have no place to purchase from this "luxury brand" because i do believe that is AGEISM!! And also... Having read the dismal reviews from dissatisfied customers about hidden charges on top of the exorbitant prices you charge!! I would be embarrassed to be so unprofessional and feckeless in managing your own site!!!!

Ich war zwecks der anderen Bewertungen eher skeptisch. Meine Bestellung ist perfekt abgewickelt worden!! Auch die Retoure eines anderen Artikel war kein Problem. Mein Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst war vorbildlich und die Dame war super freundlich!!! Jederzeit wieder!!!!!!

Have sent back two pairs of jeans.
Though they confirmed by email the reception of the two pairs they did only reimburse one pair - even after several complaints. The whole organization, their process, their people are completely uncapable and unfriendly.

Same as everyone else, wish I’d read the reviews first. No mention on the website or invoice of duty charges, I thought, as other people have said it was a UK website. FedEx wanted £64 before they’d deliver. I chatted online and said I won’t pay it so they can return it, they’ve raised it as a case to return to sender. Replay contact form wouldn’t work, I called the number, hung up and they called me back. I told them i wouldn’t pay duty so FedEx won’t deliver and will return the item, they state up to 21 day process. I asked for an email to document and confirm the conversation, which they did send. Luckily I paid via Klarna and have halted further payments. Il’ll await the outcome!

Compré pantalones Replay Bermuda en septiembre de 2022. Hace un par de días, el hiperflex desgarró la parte inferior del pie derecho. El resultado fue que esta parte del pantalón se volvió ondulada. Los pantalones están defectuosos. Póngase en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente para Replay. Los pantalones se compraron online. Enviar fotos de pantalones. La respuesta de Replay es que la causa es un error del usuario, sin justificarlo. Los pantalones no tienen daños visibles. Esto no es un error del usuario. Los pantalones han sido usados y lavados normalmente según las instrucciones de lavado de Replay. Se quejó y pidió a Replay que justifique el error del usuario. no han respondido
No recomiendo la compra de productos Replay. Garantía de 2 años según la legislación de España
Replay decidió reembolsar el dinero que pagué por los pantalones después de que los contacté con nuevas fotos de los pantalones.

Jag beställde ett par jeans men de fick gå i retur pga passade inte. Valde fel "metod" för retur och det var tydligen helt omöjligt att ändra. Både mailade och ringde deras Cusomer Service (i Italien) men fick uselt bemötande.
I ordered a pair of jeans but had to return them because they didn't fit. I chose the wrong "method" for the return, and it turned out to be impossible to change. I both emailed and called their Customer Service (in Italy) but received terrible service.

Vorsicht!! Bauernfängerei! Auf keinen Fall etwas bestellen. Man bekommt für zurück gesendete Ware kein Geld zurück. Unfreundlich, frech und arrogant.

Same as everyone else - horrible UK service from their online platform (in Italy), almost impossible to make a return. The money is gone either way (useless pants or charges).
