"If I could give zero stars"

If I could give zero stars, I would. This site scammed my son out of $400 and me out of $81 for tickets that were supposed to be $20 each. Next time, I’ll be more careful to ensure I’m on the official site and not one of the scam sites that show up during a search.

I specifically purchased a ticket for a minor that was supposed to be in the same section and row as myself and other family members, but I received something completely different. When I called about it, they said there was nothing they could do except refund me $17. Are you kidding me?! I am beyond frustrated.

They basically told me I should be grateful I even got a ticket. Stay far away from this website.

would rate then sub zero if i could. Paid $1324.00 for Mary J Blidge tickets. Got to the show and they scanned "invalid ticket" Trying to get my money back. ten days and still no resolution. My advice to anyone is do not use them. they are a scam artist group.

I did not know this was not the official site to purchase tickets for the Greenville Drive at Fluor Stadium in SC as this was the first site that popped up in my google search for tickets. I ordered 4 tickets at $27 each expecting to pay $108 as I assumed the fees were included in the price since there was no mention of any fees during the purchasing process . My card was charged $148 and my tickets were not in the row I had purchased. I tried to cancel and get a refund for these two reasons but I was adamantly refused. I went through CHAT, Email, and finally phone which was nearly impossible to get a live agent on the phone.
As it turns out, the stadium sells tickets directly on line through their box office and the same tickets could have been purchased for $16 each, fees included. $64 total. Same section, row and the next 4 seats in the row! That’s a shocking difference!!!
Buyer beware!

COMPLETELY LOST OUT FROM FRAUD - I WAS CHARGED $540. and I PRINTED OUT 3 TICKETS FOR MIDLAND AT HARD ROCK TAMPA- HARD ROCK WOULD NOT LET ME ENTER CONCERT -SAID TICKETS WERE FRAUDULENT -AND I HAD TO BUY 3 MORE TICKETS AT THE DOOR AT THE REAL PRICE OF ONLY $39.00!! WENT TO CHASE BANK TO DISPUTE AND NEVER GOT ANY OF MY $$ BACK! NEED BETTER LAWS FOR TICKET CONSUMERS😵🤦‍♀️

I had no idea you had to print the tickets. My situation is I am traveling and wont have access to a printer and the tickets may not arrive until the day before the event, I can't use there service. I requested a refund and they could not help me so I had to charge it back on my CC. Sad.

Do not buy from GoTickets, they over price the tickets not even tell you where your seats will be, not confirmation for the purchase email or text. Paid around 400 to them and i could have got them at 200 at tickestmaster and even was on sale !!! My bad for doing things faster and not taking my time, I will try to get a refund or call my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You are warned.

They suck, plain and simple. Forget the BS you have to go through to even get to a live person, their customer service people have no authority and do nothing but make an unhappy customer, a very disgruntled customer. I didn't realize I was actually ordering a ticket when I put in my CC info, thinking I needed to do so just to see where the actual seats where and when I found out they were selling me something they didn't actually own I immediately tried to cancel. They refused, NOTE - do not buy from them, the only thing they will do is take your money under a bunch of fine print.

Gotickets.com per ticket price on their website was $70. We purchases 4 at $280.
Ticket price charged to my credit card was $95.69. Our 4 tickets were $382.76
The venue on-line ticket price was $44.41 including tax and fees. Our 4 tickets would have been $177.64 if we hadn’t used gotickets.com. A significant difference.
Goticket.com would not accommodate my request to cancel my purchase, instead suggesting another online marketplace.

We will never purchase from this website again.
