To all customers of Euro Pacific. In june 2024 it will be two years that Euro Pacific Bank went into liquidation.
Since then communication from the receiver is very poor and nobody has seen an penny.
Myself and 19 others hired a lawyer since oktober 2023 to fight for our interests.
We are now looking for more customers who want to join so we make a fist as a big group.

I'm getting worried about my money on my account at EPB. They have been putting the day of transfer off every two months since almost a year now.
Now the Support Center doesn't even work in the app so you can't get in contact with them and the response to the email at info@ seems to suggest nobody reads them, either.

Still waiting my money, 6 mounts now. No good answers. And as I found out now they are not even FDIC ensured, so we just have to trust that the funds will be transferred one day in the future. I don't count on it. Not sure what to do.

I am waiting since 3 years now to get my brothers' money since he passed away. I send all the papers they have been asking right from the start. They did not want to let me know how much was on the accounts, yet asking me papers on and on. Which I did.
And now MAGIC "there is no more money on the account and the account is closed "

all my brother's accounts statements, since one year before his death until today.

Same here, excuses been that correspondant bank - NOVO BANK in portugal is withholding the transfers..
