"I am so surprised to see bad reviews…"

I am so surprised to see bad reviews about the company and customer service. I had received my parcel SO promptly, imagine that I had ordered something from ASOS at the same time and the KOOKAI parcel came way before (and I live in the UK).

However I had overestimated my size so I had to exchange pretty much everything. Customer service responded to me straight away and supported me very well in the process. I go my exchange really quickly (considering I had sent it during the Christmas period).

The products are really good quality.

I am overall really happy, the only downside is the prices I guess, will use again.

"poor client service"

poor client service: my reimboursement took ages, while i sent the article back the day i got it.

Only after a threat to make a dispute in PayPal they finally reimbursed.
Never more.
