They exactly did what they claimed to do. They booked my tickets at the rate that I saw on Kayak. No upsale, no fake ticket. They gave me a confirmation number from the airline which I have also confirmed and booked my extras. NO HASSLE.
I tell ya' those reviews that I read were scary. And it took a little longer to get the confirmation (about 12 hours). But I did book the ticket at midnight, so I can imagine that confirming with the airline would take a little while since purchased in middle of the night in one time zone for a ticket in another time zone. Overall, all went well & is well. Just use some discretion when listening to reviews because some people have bad experiences because they have different expectations. And some people have good experiences because they have more informed expectations.

I would rate this a zero, but that's not an option. This company has hidden fees. My receipt showed that I had a carry on and personal included and then paid for a checked bag. When I got to the gate the airline didn't have that information in there system so I had to pay $100. Additionally, they do not respond to inquiries. I would never recommend cheap flights

It's is easy to get what you want, I have a little problem with the e-ticket 'cause I didn't get it, but they resolved the problem faster and easy

"Unexpected ticket administration overhead"

Today I booked a flight using my credit card. They then sent a link via email asking to fill in all my PII and credit card details again (I had already done it on their website). I eventually did that after speaking to their chat service because I was concerned as it looked like a phishing attempt.

Then...after again completing their process and waiting...they responded requesting yet more information...and this time to photograph my credit card front and back as well as my personal ID document! I refused to do this, we were stuck at an impasse. They said the only way to proceed was to place an international call to the US, that would likely have cost me over 50-100 EUR.

This is a very bad experience. They also refused to cancel my flight when I requested that, even though it hadn't been charged to my card yet, so instead leaving me hanging not knowing if they were going to eventually charge my card at some point, whilst the prices on this business class flight tick up.

I got it resolved in the end,  and luckily without an expensive international phone call to the US, which according to them was the only way to move forward. Beware how much time you might have to invest here. I spent an unexpected 2 hours of my day trying to resolve this, and it was required immediately and it was very unfortunate timing meaning I had to cancel work meetings. Factor this potential in to any discounts you might get.

"This company is a straight up fraud"

This company is a straight up fraud. I booked with them back in January and there was an issue by one of the agents and he wouldn’t cancel my flight even though I called about 15 minutes later to do it anyway I ended up writing a review and another agent said that they weren’t gonna reimburse me unless I take down all my reviews. that was four months ago and I have not received a reimbursement at all. They are liars. Whatever people do not book with this company is bait and switch. I won’t be taking down this review this time because four months they had plenty of time to resolve any issues I repeat do not book with this company at all
