Tenia una entrevista hoy a las 11:30. Como el metro funcionaba con bastante retraso avise con tiempo a quien me consiguio la entrevista para que avisara al emtrevistador. Llegue a las 11:44 am exactos. En recepcion me indican que espere que enseguida bajan a buscarme. Y doy por sentado que han avisado al entrevistador.
A las 12:01 una de las recepcionistas llamo al entrevistador para indicarle que estaba abajo esperando (al parecer no avisaron cuando llegue ya con previo aviso de retraso), a lo que el entrevistador le dijo que ya no hacia falta.
Entiendo que me haya podido retrasar, pero estaba avisado con tiempo y al parecer todo estaba bien, pero he perdido la oportunidad de obtener un puesto de trabajo por la negligencia de la recepcion al no avisar cuando llegue.

It's either a scam or a horribly run business. I never received a confirmation email but my credit card was charged. I could not reach anyone at Gala Hotels to find out if my reservation was legit or not.

Took our money but they never actually booked the hotel. We were able to charge back our card. This is an actual scam. Don’t touch the site.

Scam. Never provide your credit card number to this "business".
I booked a hotel in Lisbon and prepaid the full amount through this company. On arrival at the hotel I was told that my reservation was cancelled by the travel agent and I had to pay for the stay in the hotel again.
Galahotels only responded to the complaint with the "We are looking into it" but never actually said anything more. They did not cooperate with the bank when I raised the charge back request through the credit card company. They never made any steps to voluntary return my money.
