"No tracking number sent"
I placed an order at 4patriots for survival food. They stated that it would take 7 to ten days to process and ship my order. They stated that they would email me a notification of shipping and a tracking number for my package. They did not! After a week I contacted them to inquire about my order. They claimed it had already been delivered and had a Fed Ex picture of it at the door to my building. I said that I had not received the package or even a tracking number for the package. If I had I would have been there to receive the package. I didn't, and wasn't there and the package is gone. I am out $98 and the operator basically said it's just tough luck! Don't buy from 4patriots you probably won't get your order either.

After posting here 4patriots reached out to me and reshipped my order, complete with the tracking number. I am pleased to say my package just arrived today and I was here to receive it because of the tracking number. Thank you, 4patriots, for making this right. I am happy with this outcome.

I have been trying for four weeks to get a FedEx label so I can return a defective generator and still cannot get it. It took me four hours holding on a phone to get customer service to start off with. They don’t respond to emails if they do it I’m sorry but we are trying. That’s insufficient anymore.

I opened my generator box and the cord that goes to power the generator does not have ANY metal pieces on it - neither the plug-in to the wall or the other end that goes to the generator. It's been over a week that I've been trying to contact them and get absolutely no response. I am about to dispute this charge on my credit card if I don't hear from them by the end of this week.

I purchased several items from 4patriots and while the items were fine I was charged state sales tax, and special tax, AND out of state sales tax. Yes, that is three sets of tax on one sale. I questioned them about this and was informed that all states charge tax for internet sales. That is Bull! Ohio does not charge internet sales tax! Also, 4patriots didn't explain the special tax either! DON'T trust these people!

I order from 4"Patriots occasionally and have never had a bad experience with my orders. Everything I have ordered has arrived in a timely matter and has been accurate of the items ordered. I will definitely order from them again for items as I want/need them.

After almost 2 months of bad experiences with 4Patriots, they DID contact me and they DID make an effort to make things right with me. I was afraid I wouldn't get my money back, so I kept the water filter. They gave me a refund and a link so I could purchage a higher quality part for the filter. I appreciate that they did finally get back to me and that they made an effort to improve their customer service. Thank you.

"Horrible Customer Service"
Product arrived timely fashion. However, generator will not charge. Will not power up. Total failure. This companies customer service is AWFUL. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Has been months now and still have this defective generator. They say it takes FedEx 14 days to email me a return label. It's ridiculous.

I ordered potassium iodide tabs on 10/26. My credit card was charged appropriately. I received an order # and confirmation. I received notice items shipped. So excited all was going so well. When I open the box it was 3 water filters. NOT what I ordered. So I call. Wait an extraordinary amount of time before I do the leave your number we will call you back. Done. No call back. So I send an email to support with order number, item name, date card charged . NO response. So I dispute charge on my credit card. I did get a card credit for full amount. End result a waste of time.

I called their customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes. I left my number in their queue and it took over 6 hours for them to call me back. The customer service rep was rude and unhelpful. I won't be purchasing from this company.
