Booked on line, one call from install team to book the install then the installer Ricky let me know approx what time he would be coming. He turned up, explained the process and all went to plan. Even though the communication from the gnetwork side wasn't satisfactory as they kept on changing the time of my repair, Aaron came way after his shift ended to fix my Internet and was an absolute pleasure to deal with despite having had what sounded like a super stressful day!
