I bough a Babolat badminton racket from this company, just a fortnight ago and which refuses to accept a return for a faulty racket.
The very first game I played, I found a string was delaminating. I’ve never had this happen over years of playing with other rackets. Not being happy with the quality of this racket, I requested a return.

They proceeded to send several emails requesting photos of various parts of the racket, which I sent.
They now say the supplier won’t refund the racket and have offered me £15 to get it restrung.
I notified them of the fault a week after I bought the racket and requested a refund, but I’m just getting fobbed off.
They’re not interested in complying with consumer law

Disappointed -ordered top of the range racket ( Astrox pro 99 ) upgraded string which was badly done as it broke half way during very first game-But instead of admitting bad restringing & poor tension they just came back to say string is consumable item and can broke with a mishit .No help refund or compensation offered , just put all the blame on a assumed mishit:) My reply was that at this rate I will have to replace a dozen or more rackets with two hour play three times a week .I had read some bad reviews and poor post sale customer service but still went ahead and ordered on their website which was a mistake .Highly recommended to avoid and use another provider .You will repent as they will not care , wont show any empathy or willingness to help

"yonex astrox 77 now just over…"

Bought a yonex astrox 77 now just over a year ago. The paint has worn away where i pick up the shuttle more so than any other yonex rackets. Paint on the joint where shaft and handle meets has flacked off in two places, this is unheard of as i have a few very old yonex rackets. I dont even uss this racket much. I asked if the racket is genuine yonex but they have not supplied proof. They are not helpful at all. So will not buy from them in future.

"Superb chice and delivery"

I ordered the 78 grade Yonex Aerosensa 30 from Badminton HQ. The 78s seem to be quite difficult to get hold of so was pleased to find them. The communication, and the delivery were very good. The product range is very good and have plenty to offer as a one stop shop. I was pleased and will buy from them again.

"String broke on first use"

I bought a Victor Thruster K12 M racket and chose Prpfessional stringing option. Total cost was around 95 pounds. I received the racket on time. However, on the first usage, the strings broke. It is literally on the first usage. When I reached out to the customer support, they say string breaks are not covered under warranty. While this may be true, but how can a string break on first usage and there is nothing the company would do abt it. This would show the string is of poor quality or stringing done improperly. In both scenarios, the company shd take ownership, I feel.

There has been no response to my follow ups. Now I have a brand new 95 pound racket lying in garage for no fault of mine.

Really bad bad customer experience and will never buy anything from BadmintonHQ.
