Missed the deadline to deliver my bike when agreed and did not communicate it. However customer service was quick to intervene and we agreed a satisfactory remedial plan. I look forward to getting my bike back.

Brilliant service and perfect for me as I'm new to the area and don't drive. Ordering service online was quick and easy to use and communication after that was superb. Pick up and drop off was as described online and drop off and information on what they did to the bike was very informative. Will surly use again if needed.

"I would recommend these guys made…"
I would recommend these guys made things so easy for me. Pointed out things wrong with bike and you can choose to get work done or not. Bike got returned I test rode bike but gears wernt quite right. Give the guys a call collected bike Saturday and returned Monday with my complaint sorted.
Got a call Monday morning saying bike would be delivered between 9 and 11 but no one would be in so they delivered to my work address

"Follow up review"
As the title suggests I already did a review a few weeks ago. However, I want to follow it up with another quick review just to emphasise how good Havebike are.
In short, maybe two weeks after my full service, I had a problem with my back tyre. I found this odd because I had gotten the full service and that I had previously said the bike had felt like new.
Anyway, I emailed Havebike, explaining my problem and citing the 3 month warranty. I had an email back without any quibble saying they would be happy to collect the bike and look at it again for me. The bike was duly collected and about a day later Matt or Michael (soz can’t remember the nice guy’s name), rang me and explained the issue. It turned out, the fault was possibly my own, but all the same he said they had replaced the inner tube at no extra cost and sending my bike back to me. He also said to me if I encountered the problem again to let them know in an email.
My point is this is proper customer service. I was really worried I’d have to fork out more money but I didn’t and everything was talked about with me in a professional way.
Thank you to everyone including the drivers at Havebike.
I hope anyone who is a bit worried about using this service will read this review and my prior review and see what a special company you are.

"A good fix but costly"
Cycle was booked for a 69.99 standard service, with the replacement of tyres and inner tubes requested at the collection site. Brake pads were found to be in need of renewal a week after the bike arrived in workshop. Having to pay for this check PLUS the repair parts and labour incurred a total cost of 177, more than I paid for the bike second hand. Although the cycle is roadworthy and was repaired well, it would have been cheaper to replace it.
A number of different repair quotes were received by phone and email, but credit to HB they dialled back costs I flagged up as excessive.
HB were friendly and agreeable throughout the process, and to those who might consider using them for repairs that can be claimed as business costs, wholly recommend them.
