Ordered delux service and was guided for parts replacements which were necessary. The labour cost on each single part / component was bothering and made the total quite expensive. If labor cost was charged within the whole fixture like you do for maintenance service that would have been much better. Paid the money so of course my bike came back very refreshed in good shape.

Good communication at every step. My bike needed extra work over and above the service which was clearly itemised and laid out for me to make the decision on whether to approve it or not. Very friendly drivers picking up and dropping off my bike. Would highly recommend and I will be using them again for the next service.

The phone service they have I would not recommend, because they cannot answer any questions you might have and say that no one is available or that they are on leave for today:-) much easier and quicker via mail.

Didn’t put the seat posts back to the original set up and the costs for the additional fixes seem high compared to my local bike shop.

"Disappointing deluxe service"
My bike was picked up for a deluxe service. They were very communicative, and picked it up and dropped it off professionally. They recommended £500 worth of changes to the bike, which I opted not to take. Since I've received it back, a whole host of problems have occurred with the bike, none of them which were listed on their recommended list of extra work. I have taken it to a bike mechanic who said they did a bad job and didn't pick up on some key problems with the bike that needed addressing. I would not go with this company again.
