"Personal Service with real people…"
Personal Service with real people looking after you. They recovered a small issue really quickly and all is well.

"Expensive"
Expensive, however, worth it in my opinion for the convenience of having your bike collected and returned (washed too). Good communication regarding some extra work that needed completing and all costed out with options to approve the work or otherwise. Bike rides really well after the service. Would use again.

"I am far from happy with the service"
*Edit 2: after alot of back and forth have bike took the bike in and come back saying they suspect the damage was done prior to them handling my bike, after previously admitting to before and after pictures of them handling the bike and admitted the damage was in their workshop. This was roughly a month ago and I have not heard back from any emails nor have I been able to contact them via telephone. Any time before them trying to pass the blame, the replies on email were very prompt and the phone was never going through to the waiting line.
*Edit: Havebike have contacted me and have admitted fault to the issue. They are currently contacting dealers to replace the defected forks. The customer service was hassle-free in resolving the problem.
I am far from happy with the service I have been given. My bike has been returned with scuffs all on the top of my fork! Presumably from some kind of file or abrasive tool. It is clearly not from accidentally dropping the fork. This is not a normal method or acceptable method of a headset installation and how this is seen acceptable is appalling! With aluminium now exposed this will now be prone to corrosion. From my pictures you can clearly see around the bottom cup of the headset the abrasive marks left by your workshop, there is also another nick again showing the metal material, this shows a very poor quality of work and for my bike to be returned on the hope it wouldn't be noticed is absolutely atrocious!

"Expensive and not fast"
Whilst collection and drop off was good, the repair of the bike, with labour and parts ended up costing a fortune and took a lot longer than expected to repair. Will go local next time.
