I am not absolutely sure about the date,have since been away and had family staying.
However I would like to say how friendly and helpful Wayne was on that day.He mended a flat tyre on my Mother's scooter. It had happened about half a mile away from her house and been temporarily left on a strangers drive. I was rushing between work shifts and didn't have the scooter keys with me. Wayne very efficiently mended the tyre and returned the scooter to our house,for which I was very grateful.
We have since had solid tyres fixed onto it,so hopefully will be ok from now.

Disgrace of a company. Takes advantage of people, unethical sales and after care practices. Would never recommend and I have spoken to other families who have had the same experience with this company.

We rented out our first scooter for a few days. We needed it very fast and on short notice, but Adrian served us very fast and profesionaly. Knew exactly what we needed and was very friendly and easy to communicate. Thanks again! Greetings from Latvia!

The staff are so polite and welcoming I would definitely recommend to everyone I know that needs help with medical aid I've been a customer for nearly a year now n I can't praise them enough

Adrian and Mick could not do enough...needed new batteries asap after towrags nicked the Mrs other Mob Scooter...Mick and Adrian did the job in 2 hours knowing how desperate the Mrs was ? Fair price and great lads ...recommend all day long to new customers .Thanks Guys

"Dreadful I asked for an Engineer to…"

Dreadful I asked for an Engineer to come and FIX my scooter. He turned up took my scooter to his van (I suspect this was to Not see what he was doing) 35 mins later he said it was connections of some sort. £65 call out fee) and of he went! No REPAIR or QUOTE to repair. Afterwards I Looked myself and All as far as I could tell was Spray the connections with contact spray! WHERE was the repair? Nothing was done.

From walking into the shop (Worksop) and explaining the problem 9-20am to engineer Wayne coming out and solving the issue within minutes 10-50am was absolutely amazing brilliant friendly service
Would definitely recommend.

We bought a mobility scooter from a friend and had it serviced by Mick. He came to the house and gave it an excellent service and spent a lot of time with dad explaining how it worked. I can not praise him enough for his time and expertise. We will be certainly using him again and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Mick.
