I placed an order for 2 Fire Blankets on 12/12/24 and still have not received my order. I have sent an email and have not received a response. But I continue to get emails to place new orders stating how quick the response time is. Not true…good luck if you place an order.

The above is what I received from Prepared Hero, but only after posting my dissatisfaction on Trust Pilot.
I find their approach to dealing with requests for refunds are the tactics of an unethical company by offering 40% of the purchase price for you to go away, not their 30 day money back guarantee on their website. I replied to their email offering $40 and to keep the two pens, one that won’t charge the battery and the other one that must be within an inch to detect the signal of a cell phone. Still waiting for a response and or an authorization number to return the defective devices.

Bought 4 fire blankets as Christmas gifts and kept one for our home. It was on the kitchen counter waiting to be hung on a hook when we had our first kitchen fire in 40 years. My husband grabbed the tabs, pulled out the blanket, and put it over the flaming oil in the pan. He was so relieved that the blanket saved us from a larger drama. So grateful we had it!
