"Great after purchase service!"
I bought a gx1 electric scooter. It came with a problem in the front motor, it was making a lot of noise. They sent me a new motor to try and fix the problem. It did not work. Then they told me I have to ship it for replacement, and their policy states that I have to cover the shipping cost. They are sending me a completely new scooter now. So I give Gotrax 4 stars for their excellent service, though I wish I did not have to pay the shipping cost.

"Difficult customer service experience"
Awful experience. We bought a hoverboard which broke within a week. Despsite approving a warranty replacement, GoTrax never shipped a replacement and does not respond to customer service emails. I have been trying for two months to get the company to honor its warranty policy.
UPDATE: After multiple emails, online complaints and 2 months of back-and-forth, the warrantly replacement arrived today 3/3/2025

We just bought a GOTRAX scooter direct from them, and less than two weeks in had a valve stem fail on the rear wheel - a simple Email and video to them, and they are sending us a replacement part. Being in the service industry myself, it’s good to see someone else stand behind their product!!!

Purchased in December a hoverboard. Power button didn't work sent it back to gotrax and a month and a half later I have had no refund or exchange. Customer service says they can't do anything about it they will notify the warehouse. You're not allow you to talk to a supervisor.
Update: Same day the replacement is on the way. Amazing.
