Gute Verarbeitung, tolle Designs und schneller Versand. Rückversand ist nicht, wie hier oft beschrieben, selbst zu tragen. Retourenlabel liegt im Paket bei und das schon seit Jahren...

Angesichts der Preise kaufe ich allerdings nur im sale.

The incorrect transfer of my delivery address from PayPal to the store caused my parcel to be returned. The key detail for delivery to my company was mistakenly omitted. Consequently, the courier couldn't find my name on the bell since the company name was missing from the label, leading to the parcel's return to Scotch. When I reached out, they informed me that they wouldn't resend it but would process it as a return. Since the items are no longer available in the shop, I can't reorder them. Additionally, I was charged a return fee. This is not in accordance with German law. I've purchased the items, forming a binding contract that shouldn't be unilaterally cancelled for their convenience. The support team disregarded consumer rights and legal obligations.

I wish I have read the reviews before I ordered on-line. The order was late, I only received part of it when it came (but was charged for all of it) and it has been three weeks now that they are trying to verify the weight of the package. No indication whether my items will ever ship or will I ever get a refund for the items I didn’t receive. Unacceptable!

Bewertung unter falschem Namen versandt und wieder zurück geschickt. Rücksendung dauert angeblich 4 Wochen und ich habe mein Geld für eine Bestellung, die ich nie erhalten habe, nicht zurück.

horrible customer service. Told me an order was canceled and they shipped anyway and it wouldn't give me a credit to pay for the return shipping. I understand that cancellations are not guaranteed but the person I spoke with told me without question the order was canceled. Will not order again.

j'achéte un pull mérinos, il coute + 100 euros, pratiquement 150€. Un lavage ( instructions suivies) il a retréci, ne va plus.

J.ai fait un retour de deux jeans pour 335 euros. Ils me disent de leur donner un numero de suivi colis que je n.ai pas reçu. Impossible,de me faire rembourser après au moins 10 échanges de courrier. Des escrocs.je les soupçonne de trafiquer les bons de retour pour qu.ils n.apparaissent nulle part. Mondial relay ne trouve pas de traces de mon retour ???

There customer care in Amsterdam (Europe) rejects claims from purchases in the US. You have to go through US department and send over !
This is really bad customer care !
