"DON'T buy anything online"
DON'T buy anything online! Like already was mentioned if you want to return something you will have to pay for that and you will be waiting for a while to get your money back. Their website is a mess, they have 2 return policy pages with different customer service phone numbers and 2 different return addresses. It also says they will Not accept returns with shipping labels Not provided by then, But they don't provide a shipping label....doesn't make sense! On top of that you can't return it to a store, because it's "different". And tbh their quality is mid for the price.

"1!!! drukkknoopje is al teveel"
Een jas voor mijn zoontje besteld, welles waar via Otrium maar wel van het merk Scotch & Soda. Nu heb ik Scotch & Soda zelf benaderd aangezien 1 drukknoopje na 1 keer dragen los liet. Het verzoek of ze deze ook op voorraad hebben en mij deze ook in een envelope kunnen opsturen zodat ik ‘m zelf kan vastzetten. Hun reactie: je hebt niks bij ons besteld dus meldt je maar bij Otrium. Je raadt het al, Otrium zegt: wij hebben helaas geen drukknoopje op voorraad aangezien wij de producten alleen inkopen en niet fabriceren. Wat ook logisch is. Hoe moeilijk is het nou Scotch & Soda om 1!! drukknoopje op te sturen? Ooit van coulance/klantgerichtheid gehoord? Heb je hiervoor nou echt betaalgegevens nodig?! Dus als ik niks bij jullie rechtstreeks koop willen jullie mij niet verder helpen? Wat een laks antwoord.

"Webstore pay to ship back terrible customer service"
30 dollars to ship back a web order to them. Customer service was super unhelpful. Lack of transparency on when I will receive the refund. I will never buy online ever again

"Avoid buying online."
Do not buy online if you think you might need to return the item. It took 4 weeks to get confirmation that they have the item and that was after many emails and calls.
You have to pay for shipping back to them and they do t refund the shipping to you.
I’m now out $30 and have no product to show for it.
The customer service was also terrible.

"T-Shirts verfärbt, Geld nie zurückbekommen"
Ich warne eindringlich bei S&S zu bestellen. Obwohl ich die Ware sofort zurückgeschickt habe, wurde das Geld nie zurücküberwiesen. Der Kundenservice meldet sich auch nicht. 60€ verbrannt, danke hierfür.

Do not buy from this company. Return policy is a joke. I have no issue with return items at my own expense. The return process takes forever. I did not receive a full refund due to what they claimed was an item was used. I only tried it on, took it off, and then returned the item the next day. When I called customer service, they did not fully answer my question about my return item. They could not provide proof that the item has been worn. They said to have a manager called back and it has been a month now. A horrible customer service and keeps telling lie. I do not recommend shopping with this company.

"Online shop is a Scam"
The items from the online shop are low-quality copies. You can tell they’re items from an outlet shop. I spent over 1k on these items because they were on sale, but once I received them, I was shocked by how poor the quality is. Even the sizes are a bit off. It’s a scam.

2 achats de vêtements qui s'avèrent trop grands et... retours payants : 1er retour à 16,90€ (Poste) pour une robe à 79€ et 2ème retour à 15€ (Mondial Relay) pour une robe à 89€.
Echange gratuit impossible.
Je ne commanderai plus chez SCOTCH & SODA dont j'apprécie pourtant la qualité !
