"I paid for my flight had my tickets and I wasn't allowed to board in December 2022 and it is still ongoing"
I paid for my flight, and I had my tickets for my flight to Australia, I got to the Etihad desk and they asked for my credit card, I gave it to them and they said we need the credit card you paid for your flight with. I said I haven't got it, you cannot fly then, I asked for the manager and he said we need your credit card the one you purchased the flight, I said I haven't got it, he said you cannot board until you give us your credit card, I said I can't give you something I haven't got. I said why do you need my credit card he said for security, I said I have been through security with the airport. I have my tickets, I have my Australian visa, I have my passport and credit debit cards with my details on how much more security you need. I was not allowed to board. I asked when the next flight was they were not until the following day, I asked was there any other flights and they said Emirates, I agreed to go with them and they asked me for £3000 I said I have paid you £2100 for the flight you won't let me board, you have to claim that back, I can't give it to you now. It cost me a total of £5100 to travel economy class to Australia! I had to sit on the awful metal chairs in the airport for fifteen hours before I got my flight I am a pensioner and not fit enough this. I collapsed on the Emirates flight from exhaustion! I put my claim in and a few weeks later got a reply saying I would get my refund this was 13th December 2022 and I still have not received it. I have phoned emailed, and used their chat service, I have kept a record of all the emails, phone calls and chats. Every time I contact them they say I will get my refund in a few days, I have waited for over 700 days and still not have received it. Do not TRUST ETIHAD

Calidad de los aviones es razonablemente buena. Cogimos 4 vuelos. Fue mejor el Airbus que el Boeing. Con el Boeing cuando el de delante reclinaba el asiento no te quedaba espacio. Tienen bastante entretenimiento. Lo malo es que sufrimos un retraso de 2 horas en uno de los vuelos.

"TERRIBLE SERVICE "
Subject: Complaint Regarding Recent Flight Experience with Etihad Airways
I had made arrangements and paid for extra legroom seating, which was all confirmed prior to the flight. However, upon boarding the aircraft, I was informed that there had been a last-minute change, and I was moved to economy seating instead. Despite my concerns, the cabin staff provided no assistance or alternative solutions, simply stating that I would be refunded upon arrival in Manchester.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed in Etihad Airways, not only for the inconvenience caused but also for the lack of customer service and communication throughout the process. As a paying customer, I believe that I am entitled to the services and accommodations that I have paid for, and the airline's failure to deliver on this front is unacceptable.
I kindly request that Etihad Airways address this matter promptly and provide a suitable resolution to compensate for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. I hope to receive a response from the airline regarding this issue and look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution.

"Major issues with their cancellation on medical grounds policy "
I would give them zero if I could. Apparently a broken ankle and rehab does not constitute medical grounds for a travel voucher. We are not even asking for money back just the option to rebook when the injury is better. We will never book Etihad ever again!!

Literally everything is bad, from customer support to the flight itself. Specifically the customer support (email, application) it is horrendous and very disrespectful agents. NEVER AGAIN even though i have been flying with them for more than 10 years, 4 flights a year AT LEAST. So disappointed

"MIGLIA CHE MI SPETTAVANO E MAI CARICATE"
È dalla metà di marzo che aspetto che mi vengano caricate le miglia che ho acquisito da compagnie aeree loro partner ho parlato ripetutamente con gli operatori che per carità gentili, ma nessuno ad oggi mi ha risolto questo "problema". Una delusione che non mi aspettavo!!! 👎

"Sehr schlechte Gesellschaft"
Sehr schlechte Gesellschaft. Ich bin jetzt am 07 Mai von Phuket nach Abu Dhabi und von Abu Dhabi nach München geflogen. Mit der Familie. Nach Abu Dhabi: wurde mir Essen verweigert weil ich Platz mit 2,5 jährigen Kind getauscht habe - das Kind wollte zum Papa. Ich habe Essen nicht bekommen Trinken auch nicht. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gebracht und niemand hat sich entschuldigt - nur Vorwurf dass eben Platz getauscht. Ich habe nur Wasser genommen. Crew nicht professionell Versorgung schlecht und auch schlecht geschult. Zweite Flug: mit Essen das Gleiche. Bei allen schon aufgeräumt bei uns noch nicht verteilt. Ich wollte endlich Kaffee- habe ich zur Stewardess das gesagt - also wir haben Essen bekommen danach jedoch wie polizeiliche Ermittlung ich soll mein Name sagen (haben die doch jede muss doch Reisepass vorlegen) dann habe ich nein gesagt - was soll Befragung dann kam Manager und lange Diskussion. Unfreundlich echt so schlechte Service habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Passagiere das ist notwendige Übel. Der Scheich will eine Fluglinie da sollen wir zahlen und Mund halten. Hinnehmen: Unfreundlichkeit und schlechte Management. Nicht zu empfehlen. Also liebe Fluggesellschaft: Note 5 -. Einschüchterungen wenn man Kaffee will? Wer zahlt hier wem und wer ist Kunde und wer ist Leistungserbringer. Nicht zu empfehlen. Mit Emirates nicht zu vergleichen. Nie mehr. Ich habe echt Angst bekommen.

"Tolle Fluggesellschaft "
Wir sind von München nach Phuket geflogen und auf allen Flügen gab es nichts zum aussetzen. Flüge waren alle pünktlich,das Personal war super freundlich,die Beinfreiheit war toll,auch auf den normalen Sitzen. Essen war auch sehr gut.Der Transitbereich war toll,mega viel Platz und die Wartezeit verging schnell.Ich werde wenn es geht immer Etihad wählen da die Preis Leistung einfach passt.

"Service fängt nicht erst im Flugzeug an"
Etihad hat den Flug ohne Ersatz storniert. Zwei Mails blieben unbeantwortet. Der gebuchte Flug Zürich-Tokio retour wird an meinen Daten (um ein paar EUR mehr) immer noch angeboten. Immerhin habe ich nach ein paar Wochen das Geld zurück bekommen. Dafür gibt es einen Stern.
