"problem using etihad credit voucher"
I have voucher to use for my booking in this week, however, I tried to use it by logging in to my Etihad credit account, I forgot my pin and to reset my pin i had an error message which i have to contact Etihad, by contacting Etihad they informed me that to have this problem solved it has to be through the Etihad credit who can only be reached by email, and God knows when they will reply to my email although i stated it is urgent, there is no contact with etihad credit except by email,and if i want to make my booking through the call center and use my voucher as stated online, they will charge me 30 $ for service fee, despite the fact that the error is their fault.
and if i keep waiting till the etihad credit call me or get back to me in the email. i might lose my seat :(
i advise to avoid etihad as much as you can, very bad customer support and very bad organized.
my issue is urgent. it has been more than 24 hours and yet no contact and i cannot do anything from my side if i want to use my voucher......

I tried to book a flight from bengaluru to London along with family, the Airways Payment system has got the worst service its either online using there portal or using their customer helpline service, i had a very bad experience booking flight with these guys for the first time in my travels with Etihad, there is no immediate refund of your amount even if its the error from their system, you will have to wait until 15 days to get your money refunded back to your original payment mode and if we want to proceed booking with already available reference number where money was deducted and ticket wasn't confirmed. and the worst thing is that there is not track of issue on the case number they have provided, every we call their helpline will connect one or the other person and will have to explain what happened entirely again and again. they are having a non sense policy if the ticket is not confirmed even after the payment is received from customer they don't provide any acknowledgment via email or sms about the refund of amount that's going to process in so and so days. the worst service ever i've felt. felt like the third parties are far better than these guys.
the hell, frustrating, ridiculous service.

"Abu Dhabi Stopover Experience - Ethiad, SCAM"
I bought a flight from Amsterdam to Delhi, and it flew via Abu Dhabi. So they offered this "Abu Dhabi Stopover Experiece", that, booking a scale up to 2 days, they will give you 2 hotel nights for free to visit the city. So I took it. Then, they send no info or whatsoever. And when you go to book the hotel, there is no such thing as free hotel night, it is "a discount". "But the conditions said FREE", and then the customer service says that "that was the opening offer, but, if you read the terms and conditions you agreed, it says that we can take the offer back anytime and without reason". So obviously you are there, in Abu Dhabi trap for 2 days, and now you HAVE TO book a hotel and pay it, because, you cannot escape! It is the perfect and legal scam. I won't fly with them ever again, and I won't ever recommend it to anybody. I can attach the conversation with customer service:

"volo tranquillo, cordialità a bordo, ma politica del bagaglio a dir poco assurda!"
Dopo aver letto molte recensioni era preoccupato, in realtà però la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. Marzo 2024, volo RM Abu Dhabi e ritorno, partito in orario entrambe le volte. Andata prenotati 4 posti nelle ultime file (quelle a due), tutto regolare, volo tranquillo puntuale. Pranzo e due rifornimenti di bevande. Al ritorno aereo cambiato (cmq comunicato ca 10 gg prima) e quindi mi sono stati assegnati altri posti a ca. metà aereo, cmq vicino ai finestrini come volevo. Volo notturno, tranquillo, in orario. Cordialità a bordo da parte del personale. Unico aspetto veramente negativo è la loro politica di bagaglio da cabina, 7 kg sono veramente troppo pochi. Avevo letto di controlli del peso alla partenza, ma non ce ne sono stati in entrambi i casi. Cmq resta una politica assurda, neanche la peggiore delle low coast fa così, tenendo conto che per avere 5 kg in più dovevo pagare 100 euro a tratta. Non fa onore al resto del servizio, invece impeccabile. Nel complesso però esperienza positiva, servizio a bordo buono e puntualità.

we are seven passengers included 2 toddlers 3 and 4 years old and we have 6 kg extra bag and the check in staff make as take out and its take them 2 hours to check in, I well like to make complain by Wright. Please send me your e-mail id:
the check in staff need more training and helpful and they all talk to each other their home country language which make uncomfortable.

Due to a family issue my companion had to urgently fly before our flight with Etihad.
We wanted to keep the flight back using our ordinal Etihad ticket. Etihad charged us 290$ only to reissue the ticket. So we ended to pay 150% of the service but got only 50% of it. Etihad has wings like vultures

Wir sind gestern zu viert von München über Abu Dhabi nach Puckett gereist mit Etihad und wir können auch nicht verstehen, warum so viele schlechte Bewertungen abgegeben worden sind. Wir waren mit Service, Essen und allem drum herum ist sehr zufrieden.
Gerne wieder Etihad.

"Retour Bangkok, goede ervaring"
Zojuist teruggekomen uit Thailand / Bangkok met Etihad met een tussenstop in Abu Dhabi. Het was de eerste keer dat we met deze maatschappij vlogen en het was prima bevallen! Genoeg beenruimte, lekker eten, vriendelijke bediening, moderne toestellen. Wat ons betreft een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar!

It shows flight and pricing which doesn't match Etihad website.
Tried to book 3 days on a row from Desktop, smartphone app..impossible to finalizing booking as it doesn't match their internal system & data.
Unbelievable in 2024.

"Etihad Leverer Fremragende Rejseoplevelse til Bahrain med Stopover i Abu Dhabi"
Min rejseoplevelse med Etihad i forbindelse med turen til Bahrain, hvor vi havde en mellemlanding i Abu Dhabi bagefter, var overordentlig tilfredsstillende. Jeg kan kun fremhæve positive aspekter ved denne oplevelse. Vi fløj i alt fire gange, og hver flyvning var punktlig med god benplads og en mere end tilfredsstillende catering om bord. Desuden forløb bagagehåndteringen uden problemer, og alt dette til en overraskende rimelig pris. Jeg vil give oplevelsen en 10 ud af 10, og jeg vil helt sikkert vælge Etihad igen i fremtiden.
