Personnel désagréable, avion sale, écran tactile qui fonctionnait une fois sur 2 .
Bref,une des pires compagnies que j'ai empruntées.

"Das erste Mal mit Etihad trotz auffallend vieler negativer Berichte"
Flug Wien-Phuket über Abu Dhabi und wieder retour. Nicht mit sehr hohen Erwartungen den Flug angetreten und waren von beiden Flügen in der Economy-Class angenehm überrascht. Die Flugbegleiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die angebotenen Speisen waren überraschenderweise gut gewürzt, Getränke gab es mehrmals (alkoholisch sowie alkoholfrei). Gebucht wurde Etihad hauptsächlich wegen der kurzen Transferzeiten im neuen Flughafen von Abu Dhabi. 2 1/2 bzw. 3 1/2 Stunden bei Hin- und Rückflug, gebenüber 5 bzw. 6 Stunden anderer Airlines. Woher die vielen Negativmeldungen kommen ist uns unklar.

I called them to change the flight date, they gave me price for $524 something, when I called back in 20 minutes the price went up to $994 with an excuse that prices changes every time. Mind it this is airline not the stock exchange. These are tactics to loot nothing else. They are generally overprices comparing their planes and services. Etihad will charge you for everything like selecting seat no matter if you choose the similar seat in different row.

Wir haben im September, also 5 Monate im Voraus unseren Flug von Manila über Abu Dhabi nach München gebucht.
10 Stunden vor Abflug bekam ich eine Email, dass unser 2. Flug nach München umgebucht wurde, da kein Platz mehr im Flieger ist!!
Der Flug hatte einen zusätzlichen Zwischenstopp in Düsseldorf und war dadurch natürlich auch 5 Stunden später in München.
Obwohl wir Sitzplätze gebucht haben und eine Woche zuvor eine Email erhalten haben, mit dem Angebot für mehr Komfort einen extra Sitzplatz buchen zu können!!

Offensichtlich hat die Airline unsere Sitzplätze an einen anderen mehr zahlenden Kunden verkauft und uns kurzerhand einen schlechteren und billigeren Flug gegeben.
Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme zur Airline, gaben die uns nur zur Auskunft, dass sie nichts dagegen tun könnten.
Der Flug ist nicht storniert worden, da es immer noch die Möglichkeit gab Businessclass zu buchen.
Wenn die Airline ihren Fehler ehrlich zugegeben hätte, hätte sie uns einfach Plätze in der Business class gegeben.
Aber nein.
Nie mehr mit Etihad, das ist klar!!!!

"No outcome to customer complaint in 2 months+"
My wife and I flew Business Class to India from LHR. Service was excellent. Seats were amazing, HOWEVER - they lost my wifes' Summer hat as they moved it from the overhead locker without telling us. When we exited the flight, the hat was not where we left it and so we did not notice it was missing until we had left the airport. Contacted their customer service as Delhi Airport and on the plane home from India and was told it would be dealt with. Over 2 months on, I have an email telling me they are dealing with it, but clearly they are not as it has gone quiet. Seems they don't know how to deal with customer complaints. I doubt I will be using them again which is a shame as the flights were good and cabin crew excellent.

The worst airline ever flew on and I flew on every airline. From the start to finish. I required assistance I couldn’t book through manage my booking. Then I was threatened to check in my cabin baggage else they would weigh it and charge me. Then I got food poisoning on the flight 100% it was a morning flight and it was the only thing I ate. Then I email them to notify them of my experience and 72 hours later no reply and I have food poisoning!

"Disappointing Experience with Seating and Cabin Service on Flight"
I recently traveled from London to Pakistan with Etihad Airlines, seated in 15K, and was left extremely dissatisfied and discomforted by my experience. Despite the premium for my seat, which featured extra leg space, the constant interruptions from the cabin crew significantly marred my journey. Throughout the flight, I was asked to shrink my legs at least 15 times to allow the crew to pass, despite the ample space supposedly afforded by my seating choice.
The necessity to constantly adjust my position, especially when trying to rest or sleep, was not only disruptive but also contradicted the comfort promised by the seating arrangement. I was particularly looking forward to a restful flight due to pre-existing exhaustion, but the frequent requests made it impossible to relax or find any semblance of peace.
Such experiences cast a shadow over the reputation of Etihad Airlines as a carrier that values passenger comfort and service quality. It is disheartening to see the basic needs of passengers overlooked, and the situation handled with what seemed like a disregard for passenger comfort.

"I experienced unfair treatment during…"
I experienced unfair treatment during my flight from Bangkok to Abu Dhabi (final destination JFK). Initially, the seat in front of me was supposed to be unoccupied, but a fellow passenger decided to move to that seat and recline it to the maximum extent, encroaching on my space. Subsequently, she confronted me, alleging that I had disrupted her and reported this to a flight attendant while food was being served. Shockingly, the flight attendant publicly blamed me for shifting in my seat and insinuated that I was the instigator of the conflict. She exhibited no empathy, offered no assistance or support, immediately took the other passenger's side and kept interrupting me when I spoke. I am 5'6'' in height, making it virtually impossible not to make contact with the seat in front of me, especially when it's already reclined to its furthest position.
To add to the ordeal, the flight attendant failed to provide me with a beverage like other passengers after delivering my food. Once I finished eating, the passenger in front decided to recline her seat yet again, prompting me to request a seat change. When I asked another flight attendant if I could move to the vacant seat between the passenger in front and her male companion, they both refused and falsely claimed the seat was already occupied. Consequently, I had no choice but to relocate to a different seat.

Never ever fly with this airline! They are a fraud!
Etihad customer service are absolutely useless and very rude! You can't even make seat bookings until you check in into the airport!
The customer service staff are very rude and unhelpful!
