"Nie wieder Etihad"
Gebucht und bezahlt war eine 2 Stunden Tranferzeit. Etihad hat einfach den Flug gestrichen und die Tranferzeit auf 7 Stunden geändert. Noch dazu über Nacht. Keine Wiedergutmachung nicht mal einen simplen Lounge-Gutschein. Absolut nichts.
Ethiad das erste und letzte Mal.
Lieber etwas mehr zahlen und mit Swiss fliegen !!!

"I asked for info on a flight change (online tool not working) and they they cancelled my flight!"
Their "manage my booking" tool doesn't work. I had to call them to get information about a possible flight change, and they ended up CANCELLING my original flight, without my request - and not even informing me about this cancellation. Now after 3 days, and over 10$ in skype calls with a long wait, they said they will only answer me in 28 working days, and I might have to pay extra to keep my flight. I just need to keep the booking I originally purchased and never allowed it to be cancelled - not rocket science. Horrible customer service.

"Don't fly Etihad!"
Don't Fly Etihad! Booked 10:30 am flight Doha to Abu Dhabi via large online agency. Etihad cancelled flight and automatically booked me onto another at 4:20 in the morning. 4:20 in the morning! I would NEVER book myself onto a flight at 4:20 in the morning but they refused a refund -- told me to cancel via agency but refused to reply to the agency. Don't fly Etihad!!

"Promotion is a bit misleading"
They are advertising a free stopover in Abu Dhabi for up to two nights if you book a connecting flight. However, when you select this, flights become more expensive. It is also not clear that the flights are free as you have to go on another website and select one and the list shows up as 100-150USD (after speaking to Etihad, they told me it reverts to 0 at 'checkout' but several customers do not know this and are confused. However, even when several hotels show for your selected dates, they then show as sold out when you select them (but are available on other websites - Etihad is only allowed a few rooms per day). It actually works out cheaper to book these hotels yourself and the flights separately rendering the promotion a bit pointless. I did get through to someone online and they did process a refund, however, and I booked my accommodation and flight separately for cheaper.

"ETIHAD AIRLINE Partner airline mileage issue and understanding"
I have travelled to India from Chicago. While booking I mentioned that I am American advantage member and will I get mileage reward the airline told me yes. I booked the tickets and after finished my journey I contacted them after 12 days. I got following surprised.
1). Mileage will deposited after 45 days - Ok but not told while booking.
2). Only one person whose mileage account number will get mileage points other will not even my booking under one Reference and myself with my advantage number.
Be aware when you do partner airline booking till you will not inquire they will not give anything.
Only advertise will not work understanding is different …..understand so called Milage redemption

Many times travelling in low costlately, so that is why this company got my attention. The food, drink,comfortability of chairs, aircraft facilities and service were on a veryhigh level. Check in procedure was also easy , the company is absolutely recommendable.

Dear Etihad Customer Service,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I experienced during my recent flight from Heathrow to Abu Dhabi on January 8, 2024.
As a passenger in the economy class, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted the overall quality of my journey. Firstly, my TV screens in my seating area were not functioning. Despite bringing this to the attention of the cabin crew, the problem was not addressed throughout the entirety of my 7-hour flight, despite assurances that an engineer would arrive within 15 minutes.
Additionally, I was dismayed by the handling of my request for alcohol during the meal service. Initially denied and assured it would be provided later, I was eventually served a full glass of vodka in a tea cup after the meal. Such a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer requests is unexpected, especially considering the premium amount I paid for the ticket. Same situation obsessed with my co-travellers.
Furthermore, the overall attitude of the staff was disappointing. Not only were they unresponsive to service requests, but I also observed a lack of friendliness and noticed instances where busser bells went unanswered.
As a loyal customer who had already booked a return ticket, I am disheartened to say that this experience has led me to reconsider my choice of airline for future travel. I believe it is essential for Etihad to address these issues promptly to maintain the high standards expected from a world-class airline.

"Mieser Kundenservice"
Grundsätzlich war der Hinflug okay, nichts besonderes. Das Essen jedoch war eher unterirdisch. Unser Rückflug eine Katastrophe, 3h im Flugzeug auf dem Rollfeld gefangen weil der Flieger ein technisches Problem hatte, am nächsten Abend 22 Uhr flogen wir retour von Tokio über Abu Dhabi - Paris um in Zürich anzukommen. (36h delay)
Als Wiedergutmachung wurde uns ein lächerlicher 400 Dollar Gutschein angedreht der innerhalb von 12 Monaten verfällt. -> EU Recht greift bei dieser nicht also bucht lieber wo anders. Bei einer EU Airline hätte man 1200 Euro erhalten also rechnet selbst.
