We rented a flat at Kew Riverside which came with a concierge and two outstanding employees were Zak the duty manager and Abdel the maintenance manager.

Zak always greeted with a smile and was always enthusiastic in his approach to any requests. Everything got done promptly usually with a follow up to check everything was OK.

The development was spotless as Abdel kept great order of any issues and any problems again were dealth with swiftly.

A great development kept in excellent order with friendly efficient staff.

Others were great also but these two orders dealt with most of the time.
