I ordered 4 of the $26.99 bags. Opening up 12 bags of dresses that were a total surprise to me was like Christmas in May. Of the 12, 2 were really pretty and might work for my Mother-of-the Bride dress. They were the right colors and I liked the style. ! I also ordered another dress and it is also very pretty. Will do business with them again!

Dress was delivered to the wrong address in a different town, made it easy and quick to get a reshipment. Dress is correct, true to color and size.

I owe these guys an apology . I wrote a review about how disappointing that I had not received my refund 😢
They actually did pay it !! The second day it was in my bank . I completely forgot that I had actually paid my visa ,
Confusion was when they emailed me they gave last four digit if my card . However my visa and bank card the last four numbers are almost alike . So really a huge apology amd I can’t fault these guys atall . Dress came quickly and so did redund . And I would definitely use these guys again ( if I’m aloud) .

Compte tenu du délai d'échange très long sur une première robe qui ne convenait pas, car le tissu était trop transparent, j'ai commandé 2 autres modèles afin de pouvoir choisir celui qui conviendrait le mieux rapidement. Une robe me convient, et je souhaite faire un retour avec remboursement des deux autres. J'ai déjà fait 3 demandes par mails sans réponse de la part du site Ever-Pretty, y compris dans mes courriers indésirables/spams que je suis régulièrement. L'accès au Chat du site ne m'est plus possible non plus depuis que j'ai fait ma première demande de retour. Les conditions de retour pour remboursement ne sont donc pas respectées par ce site. C'est donc la première et la dernière fois que je commanderai chez eux. Je pense que je n'aurai aucune instruction pour ma demande de retour. Je déconseille vivement ce site qui ne respecte pas les conditions de retour qu'il affiche.
Après mise en ligne de cet avis, j'ai récupéré l'adresse mail du service client qui est différente de celle indiquée sur le site, et j'ai enfin réussi à retourner mes articles et être remboursée. Demande néanmoins longue et fastidieuse auprès d'Ever-Pretty. Merci à Trustpilot qui m'a donc permis de récupérer la bonne adresse mail !

Such a delight to find a truly courteous and accommodating experience with an online retainer - sadly, too many are intransigent these days, which makes my experience with Ever-Pretty a pleasure. Their designs are gorgeous, having just bought one for my 80th milestone birthday party! I highly recommend them.

I placed and order on May 10 and paid for shipping free for some reason it never left the Warehosue so I called no one pick up . I chat they lie about package that still have not left China even thought the tracking said still in California and no one drop it off at usps . They lie and fraud don’t buy it form this site . I still didn’t get the item therefore I will have to cancelled my credit card payment . Big no no

Placed an order, returned 3 dresses keeping 1 and surprise surprise they have no record of the return and apparently no refund either!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM PLACE

"Temps de livraison trop long"

Pas de prévention par rapport au temps de fabrication de la rapport qui est de 9 à 14 jours et le temps de livraison de 5 à 11 jours ouvrables. Par contre, pour prélever sur le compte bancaire pas de problème c’est vite prélevé . Une honte, car je l’ai commandée le 03 mai et j’en ai besoin pour le 18!

Ordered dress, on the website says tailoring time 9-14 days. Almost 4 weeks gone and my dress has not been send. Every time when I'm asking about on the chat they are saying dress is going to be send, and giving me dates. Another dates past, like yesterday my dress still hasn't been send. Very sad and disappointed

My item was not the colour as described online shop, so I returned it and was asking/waiting for my refund. Obviously from ever-pretty.co.uk nobody was available. Luckily sort it out through PAY PAL. Please be careful people.
