I would like this review to be about the products I have purchased but I am yet to receive them. I purchased a pair of trainers during their black friday deals and 7 days later I am still waiting for next day delivery. Just like others have said here, they say that that I cant get a refund because the order is in the processing phase and I have to refuse delivery and they will refund once the items goes back to them. Disgraceful from a company that aims to be up there with other brands. Customer service is terrible and the company policies should be reviewed, this company should be reported to trading standards!

Ho ordinato diverso materiale con numero ordine R428038842 e pagato mediante carta di debito .Il pacco non è arrivato e nonostante abbia chiamato ups e scritto ad on ad oggi nessuna risposta.Mandano mail senza senso chiedendo come è stato pagato l’ordine quando ci si aspetta da un l’azienda seria che mediante il numero dello stesso siano in possesso di tutte le informazioni.Oggi ho mandato l’ultima mail se non mi inviano il materiale o non mi rimborsano per principio passerò alle vie legali.da evitare assolutamente.

Their delivery process is a complete
mess - there is clearly no actual process and whoever is sending items out to the customers, has evidently had no training - I imagine their delivery warehouse to be a complete mess- no protocols for people to follow, and no record keeping of what items they are posting, no "quality control". If I were on their management team, I would really need to be notified of this: I placed a large, expensive order for 10 items ahead of Christmas. I received a delivery - containing only 5, but containing a delivery note for all 10. Tried to contact them- website/chatbot told me they had "no record of the delivery having taken place yet". I tried calling once - phones busy- and I work full time. Then 2 days later a second delivery arrived: it did not contain my 5 missing items, but it did contain a random pair of trainers, which I never ordered. A joke. I did finally manage to speak to them on the phone: I was told their system only had a record of one delivery (the second one), but not of the first. And of course the record they had was of the delivery of all 10 items, and no record of the shoes they sent me. So their warehouse people clearly are not recording items as they are boxed up and posted. That's how companies go bust actually. Bottom line for me: unless I go to the trouble of finding a post office to return the trainers to them, I won't receive a refund for my missing items. The whole point of online ordering of course, is saving time and convenience. This defeats the purpose. So I will of course return their shoes, but it is an incredibly poor service and clearly there is incompetence involved. I am actually half resigned to them not managing to refund me - it is just a very badly run and managed business. Will never use their website again.
By way of update- the company responded and offered a voucher for a material discount off my next purchase for which I of course thank them. But the real point is not to simply appease me. My experience is reflective of what appear to be deep seated issues, which judging by other reviews, appear to be common. The point is to get their act together - which can only be mandated from the very top.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I’d researched and read reviews before I ordered. They are false advertising. You will not receive your order by the delivery dates advertised, if at all. They’ll take your order, your money and then you’ll receive a lengthy email saying they are relocating warehouses which is causing delays and they’ll let you know when the order has been dispatched. Then… nothing! Silence! You can’t cancel your order because it apparently it is in the processing stage. From what I can see this supposed warehouse relocation causing unforeseen delays has being going on since at least January 2024. Not so unforeseen!! Your only hope is waiting 30days and trying to get your bank to refund your money.

Ich habe mir Ende Oktober den Schuh Cloudrock Waterproof 2 W Copper bestellt. Bei dem rechten Schuh dringt Wasser ein und ich habe das Mitte November als Garantiefall gemeldet. Bis auf eine Mail kam keine Reaktion auch nach mehrmaligen Fragen per Mail nicht. Mega schlechter Service. Bestelle dort nie wieder.

Terrible service. Supposed to have fast delivery. Apparently they decided to more warehouse at Black Friday/xmas time.
Still waiting for shoes and can’t cancel - no idea when or if I will them.
No explanation. No notice of this on the site - they just take your money then say you can’t cancel despite the fact nothing has been fulfilled for weeks. Awful.

"My On Cloud running shoes are some use…"
My On Cloud running shoes after some time became very slippery. Impossible to fell safe un wet conditions.
Also, they are very noise.
The guarantee they offer is a bit of a joke as I don't expect many people to keep the invoice, which is needed to open a case.
I bought the shoes from an autorized dealer.
I wrote to On Cloud offering to send them the shoes back as I cannot use it any longer.

"I had high hopes for ON"
I had high hopes for ON, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. First, the shipping process was a mess. One pair of shoes was shipped without any tracking provided, while the other was stuck in "in process" status for days with no updates. As a first-time customer, this was already frustrating.
When the shoes finally arrived, the Cloud Nova 2 was fine, but the Cloud X 4 had an obvious defect—the left shoe squeaks loudly from the moment I wore them, even indoors on carpet. I’ve only worn them inside my home in South Florida (dry conditions), so there’s no reason for this issue.
I reached out to customer service expecting a resolution but was met with dismissive responses. Despite providing all the details, they refused to replace or refund the defective pair, claiming the squeaking is “beyond their control” and outside their warranty terms. I even noticed others online with the same complaint, so this isn’t an isolated issue.
Between the poor shipping experience and the lack of support for a clearly defective product, it’s safe to say I won’t be buying from ON again. For a brand that markets itself as premium, they fall far short on quality and customer service. I can’t recommend them to anyone.
