Schuh quietscht nach bereits 2 Wochen nach Kauf!
Habe sämtliche Tipps bereits im Vorfeld ausprobiert- ohne Erfolg.
Es ist kein Garantieanspruch?! Schuhe für soviel Geld ?! Es ist ein bekanntes Problem unter dem die Kunden nicht leiden sollte!!!

Ich sollte Zeitungspapier einlegen? Soll das ein Witz sein? Es ist ein Qualitätsmangel am Schuh der nicht gerade billig ist! Das einzige was billig ist, ist die Qualität.

"These shoes and company are disappointing"

These shoes are disappointing. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but my husband gifted me a pair, and after wearing them just three times, the toe defected. Since I wore them, the sporting goods store won't accept a return, but I had some hope with On corporate as I was told the shoes are under a warranty with the company . Unfortunately, it took months to get a response, and when I finally did, they didn’t support their product. Their return policy is terrible if you encounter any issues. Do yourself a favor and opt for Salomon hiking shoes or Brooks running shoes instead.

"Awful customer service"

I can't comment on whether their trainers are good because On failed to deliver them. They outsourced delivery to the Post Office, who lost the parcel. On make it nigh on impossible to contact them. There are no phone numbers you can call. The only way of contacting them is by starting with their useless Chatbot called Nora. When I eventually got through to a real person on the chat, I did this twice, I was told they woulld look into it and email me. No one subsequently emailed me. Then when I contacted them again, starting once again with the Nora chatbot, they said that I would need to follow it up with the Post Office and that they could not because of GDPR. This is rubbish. They have the contract to deliver the goods with the Post Office, not me. They gave me a Post Office number to call, which was just an automated number - there was no person that you could speak to. My wife ended up driving to the sorting office and wasting another hour, for the Post Office to confirm they had lost it. Now On want me to fill in more forms in order to claim back my money for their failure to deliver. They have taken no ownership of the problem and clearly just don't want to know.

I have never left a Trustpilot review on a company before, but I want others to know that the customer service of this organisation, ironically called the Happiness Team, is absolutely awful.

I get that things go wrong sometimes. It's how you respond that matters. And this business is just about the worst that I have ever come across.

"Escroquerie "

J’ai acheté une paire de Cloudnova 2 (170€) au On Store Paris, Saint-Germain le 21/10/2024 . En l’utilisant je constate l’existence d’un bourrelet sur la semelle mal collée (fabrication au Vietnam, pas de contrôle de qualité. ) Je la ramène donc au magasin le lendemain qui refuse de me l’échanger ou de me la rembourser. Je contacte le SAV de On ( Hapiness delivery) Qui après plusieurs échanges durant une semaine par mail et photos refuse également de me l’échanger ou me la rembourser. C’est du vol caractérisé et en réalité une escroquerie de façade ( Accueil et vente façon Apple Store mais SAV et professionnalisme de marché vide grenier…) FUYEZ !!!

Leider kann ich wenig gutes über meine Laufschuhe von ON sagen. Ich habe Sie wirklich nicht oft getragen und dennoch löst sich der Stoff an der Ferse schon auf.. das sollte auch nach häufigem Tragen nicht passieren.. Für das Geld echt eine Frechheit.

ON CLOUD TILT ORDER FOR EXCHANGE

Today, I’ve spoken to Francis from customer service. I want an update regarding the status of my exchange as we don’t receive any confirmation if the item has been returned to their warehouse, the status of the item is still pending to deliver for 2-3 days. He said that the item was already received by the warehouse yesterday 6th november and we will receive a confirmation email once the exchange has been processed. But I called again to make sure if that information is correct because from my experience, once item has been returned we should receive a confirmation email from the merchant.

Spoken to second agent his name is King. King advised that the item hasn’t arrived yet to the warehouse and confirmed that we will receive an email confirmation once item has arrived to the warehouse. He advised that item will be arriving tomorrow 8th November as stated in royal mail’s delivery status.

This is really confusing and causing anxiety to us that’s why we want to raise this as a complaint. Can you please advise what is the correct information about the status of the exchange please.

Umtausch und Rücksendung kein Problem, wenn man mal seine Größe gefunden hat passt diese Modellübergreifend.

Ich liebe mein On Cloud 5, werde aber keine mehr kaufen. Nach kurzer Zeit im Front Bereich der großen Zehe schon ein Loch. Das geht gar nicht für den Preis!

"A follow up review to On Running response"

This is a response to the reply I received from On Running regarding a review I wrote yesterday. The response states the claim was investigated. By whom? When? What additional information was sought?
It goes on to state that the terms and conditions of the warranty mean I am unable to get a refund or basic exchange for a pair of £130 trainers where the right shoe squeaks loudly whenever worn.
The stick and paste response of it is “dependent upon the surface they are worn on” is ludicrous as the left shoe makes no noise at all.
I have had no response to an email and have realised that along with many other reviews I will have to accept that expensive training shoes accompanied by slick advertising is no indication of quality.
I will stick to established brands and recommend that friends and colleagues do likewise.
