I liked the clothes that I've ordered but a few items didn't fit, and I sent them back. I did not receive a refund on one of the items, the most expensive one! Emailed them twice, no response..

Ik begrijp de negatieve reviews niet.
Heb nu 2x iets besteld en de dag erna in huis. Zeer snelle levering dus. Mooie kleding voor mijn zoon. Blijft mooi in de was.
Nu is het wel zo dat ik nog geen retourzending heb hoeven doen, dus hoe dat gaat weet ik niet.

Een jas besteld, maar kreeg maar geen ontvangsbevestiging binnen. On deze reden reviews gaan lezen, kreeg het nogal benauwd en heb direct de klantenservice gebeld, ik kreeg meteen iemand aan de telefoon die mij alsnog de bevestiging heeft verstuurd, kortom mijn eerste ervaring is prima.

Don’t buy from these people. They are thieves. I bought a pair of jeans for 170$ and when tracking my order, i noticed it was cancelled without notice. My money hasn’t been refunded since and when i try contacting them, no one responds. They are all thieves…

"Return price is absurd "

I have ordered from daily paper a couple of times now, because my boyfriend loves this brand. I have never returned anything, because he liked everything. But today i had to return a bag i bought, because it just was a bit smaller and chunkier than i thought. And to be completly honest i was in shock over how much it costs to return one item. It cost me 142dkk (19 euros) to return it, which is absurd.. kind of makes me not want to buy from here again.

"Produkte top, Retoure flop."

Produkte sind wie von anderen beschrieben super qualitativ. Retoure ist leider schwierig. Der Link zum Retourenportal funktioniert nicht (404 error) und ich bin nur per Zufall auf den richtigen Link über das Chat Pop-up gestoßen. Die Retourenkosten musste ich selber tragen. 7,99€ für einen Hoodie. Werde künftig nur noch über Reseller mit einer besseren Nutzererfahrung bestellen.
