Fantastic customer service from the Hozelock team, especially Ebony.
Bought a Superhoze 40 just over 2 years ago. When watering the garden last week the inner hose split.
Contacted Hozelock team and after sending a photo, a video and a photo of my receipt, I have been told a replacement is in the post.

I had a hozelock expanding hoze which I have very much enjoyed using. It is easy to use and move around the garden, then when you drain it at end of use it shrinks down nice and small so that it doesn’t take up much room. For some reason my hoze failed recently. It was just out of warranty, but had not been used a huge amount due to hosepipe bans in recent years. I contacted hozelock to let them know there was a problem and after some conversation and some photos they were kind enough to replace the hose. The customer service was very good. It was easy to get in touch and they responded quickly.

Our Hozelock jammed and we could not reel it back in or pull the remaining hose on reel out. I contacted the company and Ebony replaced it under the guarantee for us. Great service, thank you Ebony.
