Ebony on twitter, then on email guided me through everything and thankfully I had everything I needed to receive a new one within days. I had replaced 5 UV bulbs on my Easyclear 3000 pond filter within 2 weeks as the UV light could not be seen ( at night). Customer service replaced the pond filter under its 3 year guarantee. It was very easy dealing with them. All is brilliant now. That probably explains why myself and my family always buy Hozelock. Not just the quality but also the service they give. Thank you
