"Service from the technician was good"
Service from the technician was good. Actual Internet service was poor. Paid for a month of premium coverage and in less than 24 hours it barely worked.
We have been connected now for about 72 hours and the service thus far has improved from the first day. It is not terribly fast but so far it is adequate for uploads and streaming.
I do want to be completely clear that the technicians I have communicated with on the phone have been wonderful. They have been kind and willing to assist in any way they can. Kuddos to all of them.

We are now into month 2 of on again off again service. Every time I call all I get is we are working on it no ETA as I told the agent today had I not paid almost $100 for your dish I would be changing companies tomorrow. I can only hope that this will end and things will get better if not I will eat the $100 and move on Winnie Powers Sun vista

Tengo simply cannot deliver service to Sunvista Resort. Every week the service goes out for 1 - 2 days. Pretty consistently. The support does not provide information on the problem or when the service will be restored. They say technicians are on it yet no one is there to fix the problem. If they are fixing it why does it go out every week? I asked for a reimbursement yet have yet to receive one. They are just robbing customers. Avoid.

"Issues with Tengo Internet"
We have had issues maintaining uninterrupted service; first was an apple rotating mac address thing that was not mentioned in the Tengo literature. Second was the correct way to get the second device connected using a coupon designed for two devices; third was just getting kicked off during Tengo maintenance work.

Getting back to me was good but fixing the problem is still something that has not been done. I have a roku tv so it requires wifi and tengointernets wifi never works so I can't ever watch tv.
