They were great letting me know the item ordered was out of stock in their warehouse, but that they claimed the last one at the manufacturer. The towel ring arrived about 1 week from the original order date. Couldn't be happier with the communication, the effort they made to complere the order, and the price. Recommend them highly and will be back for any future needs.

I ordered two items and you sent me one of the wrong item. I tried to email the email address on the invoice and it rejected. I tried calling the 1-800 number and it is out of service. I left a message on direct phone number I found on the internet and no one returned my call. I would not order anything from them again

I have it a three star because I made a mistake on my shipping address. I emailed customer services but no response. Luckily, I am able to write to my neighbor to retrieve my item.

I ordered a part to repair a clients plumbing. Purchasing completed with no issues and I was told I would receive an email confirmation. I did not think I received one and sent an email to their contact email stating such. I later found their mail to me in the spam folder which said it was back ordered and I'd receive it in 3 weeks. This of course wasn't acceptable as my client is without use of their toilet. I replied using the email I received from them stating that I'd prefer to cancel the order but again got no reply. This is not how you do business. Lesson learned is to only purchase from sites that state it is in stock before you purchase the item.
