"Horrible customer service!"

Their customer service and return policy are absolutely terrible! I recently purchased the new Dragon Ball Crocs but made a mistake by choosing the women’s size instead of the men’s. It took me just two minutes after making the payment to realize my error. I promptly contacted their support team, hoping they could assist me in canceling the order. However, they informed me that it was impossible to cancel the purchase. They insisted on delivering the item, and I was then required to initiate a return, which would incur a postage fee of approximately $20-25. This fee was simply because they couldn’t modify their own orders. It’s frustrating to pay for a support team and a WhatsApp team that takes hours to respond. When I didn’t respond within 1-2 minutes, they would simply thank me for contacting them and instruct me to start the process all over again, waiting for several hours in the meantime. For a well-known brand like theirs, their customer service is utterly lacking.

"Worst customer service ever"

Worst customer service ever. Rude staff, lack of training, no refunds.

I ordered a couple items from the store, 2 pairs of crocs and jibbitz. Upon receiving my delivery a week later, I noticed one of the crocs was missing. I checked for correspondence and the tracking and saw that this had confirmed one package with all items.

Contacted customer service via online chat and was informed that the item had been cancelled due to limited stock when packing, I understand this happens, but I cannot understand why I wouldn’t be notified.

The online agent (Efrin) assured me that they would NEVER charge for a cancelled item and that the charge would automatically “disappear“ from my bank account. I insisted that I had already been charged at check out via afterpay and that a refund needed to be issued. The agent refused to acknowledge this and said that a lack of refund needed to be chased up with my bank/institution. When I tried to explain that this is incorrect because the company needs to initiate a refund first, they abruptly ended the chat.

I then called customer service, their call centres are very obviously located overseas, and asked for proof of refund and a new receipt of purchase/tax invoice. All I got was an email saying to expect a refund within 21 days.

I attempted a final time to contact customer service online, this time the agent promptly processed a manual refund with a refund case number but was still unable to provide a refund receipt or tax invoice.

It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received notification via afterpay that the refund has been processed, knowing that afterpay processes refunds almost instantly as soon as the company does, gives me reason to believe that crocs is yet to actually process anything.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROCS AUSTRALIA WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM YOU WONT RECEIVE THE ONES YOU ORDERED I ORDERED PINK MEGA CRUSH SIZE 7 AND GOT SENT YUKKY GREEN SQUID GAME CROCS IN SIZE 7. I EMAILED THEM AND NO REPLY ..... BEWARE OF CROCS AUSTRALIA DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!

"If I could leave a negative rating I…"

If I could leave a negative rating I would. Placed an order. Delivery tracking said delivered. Not delivered at all. No one can provide a photo of said delivery. Crocs Australia say they are not responsible. When it leaves them it’s my problem. Meanwhile I’m out $80. Do not purchase from them online. Ever. I’m livid. Their customer service should be called Not Our Problem. Thieves. So what stops the driver from keeping my paid goods and claiming they delivered it?! Do better Crocs Australia. You are rubbish. The collective online reviews proves it. I should have looked before I paid. I will dispute with PayPal.

"Worst customer service ever"

Worst customer service. Phone number doesn’t work. When you press 1 for English, it responds in Spanish and hangs up.
WhatsApp customer service took 7 hours to respond and didn’t offer any help.
Order was cancelled without my knowledge. I had to do my own investigation to find that out. They sent a ‘sorry your order was cancelled’ code- the code is expired.

"Absolute rubbish"

Absolute rubbish, a blind man could be more accurate with the sizing. This was the last pair of crocs I buy. What a waste of money.

"Best slides ever"

Crocs are fire!🔥🔥🔥 So comfortable! I love them! They are actually so good. Good for after a run or after the gym. Takes my feet to a whole new world. Amazing. They are actually crazy.🔥🔥🔥

"Sizing off. $20 to return. Refund below the actual cost. "

Sizing was really off, despite me following the sizing chart. Crocs considers this a "change of mind" and so it cost me $20 to return for a refund.

Crocs then didn't provide refund until I contacted them. Crocs then refunded 2 cents below the cost without any reason.

Super dodgy and would not recommend purchase via crocs online.
